    This is the thread where subscribers should bring their Xbox support issues. The collective experience of the Xbox community is one of the most powerful tools to help you fix any gaming issue, and we've been seeing some awesome responses. We love to see gamers helping gamers!

    There will also be Xbox support team members who will be helping moderate and provide solutions and can be recognized by their "Official Support" flair. We'll try to provide support right here in the thread but won't be able to respond to every single question.     When posting a question, please include the following information

    • For console issues - your console type (One S, S All-Digital, One X, or original) and whether or not it is on an insider OS build.

    • For headset issues - the brand and model of the headset.
    • For game issues - if the game is disc-based, digitally owned, accessed via Game Pass, or accessed via Game Share with another user.

    Writing, Humor, Creativity, Art Design, World, Exploration, Music... This game is top fucking tier. I knew I would enjoy this game because the first was great and I love Tim Schafer but this game is way above the level from a game that was funded via kickstarter. This thing is clearly among the top titles of the year and is very easily one of the best platforming games made in years. It will be a tragedy if its not at lease nominated for GOTY.

    If you haven't played 1 or 2, you need to get on it. They are both on Gamepass.

    Headset chat mixer doesn't work. I can have it all the way to either side and I still hear each side fully as if it was half and half. Nomatter where I put it, it never changes anything. I've restarted controller, xbox, tried different headsets, doesn't work.

    XboxElite2 Cross button stuck in case....

    I cant take the cross button out of the case... All of them are easy except the cross one.. Which I really want to use since I dont play fighting games much.. I play RPGS like Final fantasy 11,14 would rather use cross button for those games..

    Anyone have a clue if theres a trick to taking the button out the case?

    I have a Seagate Expansion 5TB Desktop External Hard Drive connect to my Xbox with all my games. It seem to not load any of my games but the few games on my Xbox won't load either. I tried disconnecting the hard drive, restarting my Xbox but nothing seems to work. Would anyone know what to do? It did work for a bit but then just randomly stopped

    It is being delisted from Steam and GOG tomorrow.

    It leaves Game Pass tomorrow. Chances are that it could be removed from the Xbox store at the same time. At the moment, only Steam and GOG have been announced, but it is only a matter of time.

    This means that this could be the last chance to secure it at a discount.
