| Xbox 360 keeps freezing mid game Posted: 03 Jul 2021 07:07 PM PDT It's a fat 360 elite Jasper. This all started when I got a new internet modem, so it kept having trouble connecting to it. It would sometimes work, sometimes doesn't. I tried deleting the cache multiple times, and it fixed it but it would go back. It says it can't connect to it because there are multiple similar names to it in my building (can't change the name without it being a pain). Anyways, at first I thought it was the HDD. I was playing GTA San Andreas which is digital and on my HDD and it froze. It froze multiple times and now the save file is gone. I was half way through the game and I don't want to do all that again. It says there is a save file there but when I launch the game, it doesn't see it. I then decided to play a game from the disc, lost odyssey. Everything was fine, but then it froze again after an hour of play. I was sad because I just beat a difficult boss and I wasn't getting any save point. So I redid it and luckily managed to save. Now I'm playing again and it froze 15 mins in. From a disc, so it can't be my HDD. So what's going on with my Xbox? Please help. [link] [comments] | ||

I would rather have these codes go to good use, instead of having the redemption cards batter around in my dresser. All I ask is that if you snag a code, leave a comment that you claimed it so dozens of people don't come in behind you thinking they have a live code. Posted: 03 Jul 2021 09:15 AM PDT Twice I have had the red dot of death today and of course I was worried when I saw the red light when I tried to turn it on but turning it off then back on again fixed it so I ignored it, now it has happened a second time. So I google red dot of death but all I see is things relating to Xbox that simply will not turn on and of course red ring of death, I see nothing to do with it fixing itself. Any idea on what I should do? I know the console hasn't overheated because both times the red light came on was after the console was off for a while and I also saw people talking about an overheated power supply but mine was still cool because it had been off for a time Any knowledge would be greatly appreciated because I really don't want to have to buy a replacement Edit: it's an Xbox 360 slim btw, black with the hard drive inside not on top [link] [comments] | ||
