    Ea link/unlink xbox to correct account is a nightmare.

    Hi! As many other people have experienced, ea profile link/unlink is a complete nightmare. Specially if you previously linked one of your xbox/playstation/nintendo account to another ea account by error.

    Several years ago I had my ea store account in my main email, but the xbox account and thus 360ea account tied to a hotmail email. The same happened to my sims account.

    It seems the only way to unlink and relink to the correct account is by contacting support. And there is a lot of risk of loosing saves or purchases during the process, and it seems it is called persona transfer.

    Does anyone know what games are affected exactly and consequences? Will I lose my inquisitor in xbox if I link my account to my correct ea account?

    Y recently opened my sims 4 game in xbox (I have it on pc too) and I had to select account (my incorrect account or my correct account (I was supposed to only by able to link it to the incorrect account, I do not know why it lets me both accounts), I do not know what to do in order not to mess this more...

    Has anyone experienced this nightmare?

    Frustrated at scarce Series X|S stock in Japan

    I understand that supplies are limited everywhere, but I feel that Microsoft isn't allocating enough resources to Japan (where I live).

    There is nearly no stock, and sales figures indicate that only 63 units were sold last week and only 98 the week before that.

    When the series X|S launched in Japan, there was quite a bit of buzz on Twitter, etc. about the console and people have genuinely been interested in it, but I feel that interest here is dwindling as there is virtually no stock. It's sort of a missed opportunity for Microsoft.

    I just needed to vent.

    96khz/24bit audio on blurays

    When I am playing a blu ray with 96/24 audio, the xbox one outputs it as 48khz. this only happens with pcm tracks. it also up mixes stereo to 5.1. I have the "audio direct to receiver" option on. can you fix this

    I feel like we should be able to view and unlock achievements while playing games offline. Like the 360 days, and even current gen on PlayStation.

    From what I recall, I think they took away being able to view and unlock achievements while offline when the Xbox One launched due to people modding their achievements. Which, okay, I get to an extent. But I've witnessed people get their achievements wiped for it. So obviously they were on top of it. I also think it had something to do with Microsoft's original vision for the Xbox One ecosystem having everything be always online. You guys remember that? And the huge backlash it received?

    Well, PlayStation users have been able to unlock and view trophies all through the PS3 and PS4 life cycle including the PS5. And there's no issues with it over there. So why can't we do the same on Xbox?

    Yes, your achievements SHOULD pop when you get back online, but for real, I have games I played offline that achievements just straight up never popped when returning online. To this day years later. It's kind of hit or miss. I played TWD earlier offline, and I have 2 achievements that never popped and I've been back online for a while now. So it's definitely kind of wonky.

    I feel like this isn't a big ask. It seems like such a simple concept. Let us view and earn achievements while offline. I don't see what the big deal is.

    Call of duty Cold War zombies free play days?

    So have seen that Xbox will have a free week of the zombies mode starting in theory today January 14 until next week. See here for example:

    But I can't find it anywhere in the store or in Gold. Supposedly it's a stand alone download. Maybe it's released later today? Does anyone know?
