    This is the thread where subscribers should bring their Xbox support issues. The collective experience of the Xbox community is one of the most powerful tools to help you fix any gaming issue, and we've been seeing some awesome responses. We love to see gamers helping gamers!

    There will also be Xbox support team members who will be helping moderate and provide solutions and can be recognized by their "Official Support" flair. We'll try to provide support right here in the thread but won't be able to respond to every single question.     I'm a father of two with increasingly limited time and money for gaming, and Xbox has earned my loyalty for the foreseeable future

    Over the past few years, I've had to get increasingly picky about what games I could buy. I would consider a purchase, then spend weeks agonizing over whether I was positive that I would like it and want to finish it. I was a PS4/Wii U/Switch owner for all of last gen, and it was great. The PS4 was amazing, but towards the end I found myself skipping a lot of the exclusives anyway because I wasn't sure that I'd play them, and I was tired of spending $60 and then disliking the game.

    Then, at the end of last year, MS had an insane discount on the One S All-Digital, and Game Pass was a dollar for three months. I sold my PS4, grabbed that deal, and it has been an amazing year so far. Game Pass removed the anxiety, I had a great library of games at my finger tips, and I could always grab a sale on the MS Store if I wanted something more.

    But it didn't end there.

    A few months ago, I started dreading next-gen. I knew I wouldn't be able to justify buying a new console at launch, and I was worried about suddenly being stuck with an old Xbox that couldn't play all the cool new games.

    Then MS announces that all Xbox Ones will be able to play all new Xbox games for the next TWO YEARS. I was floored and elated. Quite honestly, all the people that fret about that "holding back the future of gaming" can shove it. Those of us that can't afford to drop money on new consoles have been welcomed into next gen gaming at no additional cost. That is a whole new level of consumer-friendly that is completely unprecedented (at least as far as I know).

    But it didn't end there.

    Even though Apple infuriated me by blocking xCloud from iOS (seriously what is wrong with them?), MS swooped in for the rescue once again. They just added remote play to the Xbox app. This is a MASSIVE deal for me. Ask any parent who owns a Switch what they love about it, and they'll tell you that it gives them the flexibility to squeeze in extra game time when it would have been otherwise impossible. The Switch is the dream console for any parent. And now, thanks to remote play, my Xbox can do essentially the same thing. It's wonderful.

    Yes, PS5 exclusives look awesome. I'm sure they will be. I'm sure I will miss some great gaming moments. But you know what? I have a lot going on in my life, and I just need some good games that I can play without really thinking about it too much. If I had access to all those PS5 exclusives, I'm not confident I'd ever get around to playing them. Xbox just keeps extending olive branch after olive branch, and I can't thank them enough.

    I don't know if they realize just how much of an impact they are making, but I hope it pays off massively for them. They deserve it. My money is going to Xbox for years to come.

    Oh, and BETHESDA! I didn't even mention that! What a time to be an Xbox owner.
