    This is the thread where subscribers should bring their Xbox support issues. The collective experience of the Xbox community is one of the most powerful tools to help you fix any gaming issue, and we've been seeing some awesome responses. We love to see gamers helping gamers!

    There will also be Xbox support team members who will be helping moderate and provide solutions and can be recognized by their "Official Support" flair. We'll try to provide support right here in the thread but won't be able to respond to every single question. We might redirect you to Support.Xbox.com to contact one of our support teams or send you a private message if that's the best way to help. The Xbox Support team members won't respond to requests for help with third party products or situations that would violate the Terms of Use, Community Standards, or void a product warranty.

    Hello r/XboxOne!

    In just a few days time we'll be launching Space Crew on Xbox One (and all other platforms), and we're very excited to finally see players enjoying our game about strategic management in SPACE!

    We're a small team here at Runner Duck so you might not have seen us before, but we're hoping you've seen our game Bomber Crew which launched on Xbox One just over two years ago now. With the sequel, we took inspiration from some our favourite sci-fi stories and tropes to go where no man has gone before and explore the final frontier, hence Space Crew! We actually created a series of posters to give you a little insight into the titles we looked at for inspiration so you can see a selection of those posters below.

    In Space Crew you have to manage your resources, and customisable team and spaceship to traverse the universe, taking on dangerous missions and ridding the galaxy of an extraterrestrial threat known as the Phasmids. Times will be hard as you navigate trecherous parts of space, making sure you stop alien attacks and the more bolder phasmids from boarding your ship, ensuring you don't get sucked into space, whilst keeping on top of your crew's health, ships shields, and changing maneouvers rapidly during combat, working on ship maintenance mid-flight with danger lurking every step of the way.

    Elite V2 warranty extended

    Just looked at my devices on my Microsoft account and saw that the warranty for my elite controller has been extended to 10/20/21. I just got the control in Sept through Amazon to replace the previous one which ended up having stick drift issues after 3 months of regular use.

    Was planning on buying the extended warranty through Microsoft and just saw this. When I looked a few days ago it showed the warranty was going to end sometime in Jan.

    Curious if anyone else's warranty has been inexplicably extended or whether it's an error. If this is legit, no doubt it's related to the ongoing lawsuit.

    Ok I need you help. When my dad got divorced in 2002 he bought me and my brother a 2002 xbox. My dad kept playing a puzzle game called "Myst III : Exile" to pass time. Now in 2020. My step mom of 18 years passed away a couple of months ago and my dad just bought an xbox one s for himself to pass time and I'm looking for cool puzzle games that would resemble exile. Any of you know that game ?
