    Disappointed in Xbox support (digital purchases missing from account).

    Hello, I'm hoping maybe someone here has gone through something similar and is able to advise on if there is anything else I can do or should try doing. Back in May I noticed that two games I purchased digitally in the xbox store in 2014 had disappeared from my account. I tried reaching out to xbox support and sent them copies of my receipts. They tried a few things, then referred me to the developers (EA and 2K) who both did troubleshooting on their end, and said there was nothing more they could do Microsoft would have to resolve this for me. I contacted Microsoft again and they tried a few more things and said there was nothing more they could do. I requested to escellate and the same rep I had been dealing with tried a few more things. At this point I got an email from a supervisor saying they had tried to contact me, but didn't get a response so they were closing my ticket. I replied to that email and got my same original rep who tried a few more things, I asked to escalate again and got another email from the same supervisor telling me that they tried to email me and are closing my ticket again. So I called in this time and got a new rep. He spent 90 minutes on the phone with me and his research seemed to show that my games had been converted to xbox 360 versions despite me having achievements for the xbox one versions (and not the 360 versions) as well as DLC for one of the games. He said he'd call me back later that day or the next day for an update. A week went by and I got a rep who basically told me to stop calling just send an email to get the most up to date info. So I sent in an email, and a few days later got a response telling me my ticket was closed and had a survey. I replied to that and my first rep told me that there was nothing more they could do. EA and 2K have to fix my problem because the games are delisted now. Again I replied asking to escalate and I just got another email to tell me my ticket was closed. At this point I was lucky to get an email once a week to drag it out this long to tell me sorry your games are gone.

    I'm not really sure what I can do at this point. I've bought a ton of digital games and have multiple xbox one consoles, and can't trust that my digital games are my digital games. Just wondering if anyone has any ideas of any other avenues I can explore. I don't like that it's looking like if any game were to disappear from my account going forward for any reason there is nothing I can do to have it fixed.

    tl;dr: Two games digitally bought 6 years ago no longer launch as my licenses have disappeared. Microsoft has said there is nothing they can do to restore the games, and since they're delisted to talk to the developers to have the licenses restored even though I've provided Microsoft with receipts. Looking for any other advice for anything I might be able to try.

    Xbox One X Crashes and Powers Off after Avengers 1.5 Update

    Since The Update that came out to put the game at version 1.5. I can not go to the Ant Hill or go back to the Chimera after I start doing missions. Or my Xbox One X Crashes and turns off.

    I have contacted Square Edios and Microsoft. My Xbox One X is fine with any other game I play. We have tested this out. But every Time I go to the Ant Hill or return to the Chimera My Xbox Crashes and Powers Off.

    Has anybody else had this Problem?

    Just bought DP on xbox one x from the microsoft store without having to do any region switching etc. I'm in U.S. Anyway, looking forward to FINALLY experiencing this "masterpiece" 😂

    Xbox (beta) app for Windows 10 lacking features from Console Companion app

    I mainly use the Console Companion app for browsing through LFG posts or creating my own, or searching for recent players to message or interact with. Both of these things are missing from the Xbox beta app. There's also no way to view captures of my own or from friends.

    I really hope the Xbox app is improved upon before the companion app is shut down.

    How to know if Xbox will charge you for changing your GT?

    I've read that once you make your account, you can change your GT once for free and after that you must pay a fee, problem is I don't know if I redeemed it at one point or not and the website where you change your name doesnt say if you can change it for free or not. Is there a way to know if my next name change will be free or not, or will I just have to jump in blind?

    So, I have the OG Xbox One (I think it's the OG. I bought it the day Fallout 4 came out). Last year, my wife and I bought a Switch to play with the kids rather than upgrading the Xbox for us, thinking "we can just get it next year". Well, since then, the Series X was announced, and it was also announced that the One X is discontinued.

    Does that mean my only options for upgrading is either a relatively lateral upgrade to the One S, or getting a Series X at launch? I'm sure some places will have some One Xs in stock, but I'd imagine with them being phased out, the prices on them aren't going to go too low.
