    My Xbox series X had really good internet connection when I first got it. I've now had it for around 3-4 months and the connection is poor. At first it was around 60mbps now it's 15mbps and multiplayer games are very laggy. My old Xbox one was like this as well.

    I did the same internet speed test on my phone in the same place as my Xbox and got 60mbps.

    Any ideas on what's causing this or how to fix it?

    Game Recommendations for my Adult Daughter - Xbox 360

    My daughter just got herself an Xbox. She is turning 19 this month, and I want to get her some games for her birthday.

    I know nothing about it.

    She doesn't like shooter games. There can be battles and fights, but she likes more than just running around shooting people/things.

    She's not set up for multi-player, so single player games only.

    She likes mysteries and games with good stories.

    I'm thinking maybe something that has companions and relationship building.

    Any recommendations are greatly appreciated.

    For anybody that has gotten their Series S/X through All-Access...

    I already have Game Pass Ultimate. If I were to snag a Series through All-Access, would that purchase automatically override my current subscription? I won't get double tapped for GPU and All-Access will I?

    Buying/Pre-ordering

    I've been trying to pre-order Madden 22 for 2 days now. Every time I try to buy it, it says "OOPS. Not sure what happened there. Please try again later." I'm using a prepaid card that I know has enough funds to buy the game.

    Auto/ background updates doesn't seem to work?

    I have noticed since getting my series X it does not seem to do updates in the background. Everytime I turn it on there are a few things listed under the updates section and I have to manually tell it to update all. I have a few friends who also have noticed this with their series X. Not sure if they have a fix or if it's even a known issue. I know my buddy was complaining because he came back home after working out of town for a couple weeks and every single game he had needed an update and it didn't do any of them while he was gone. First off yes I have tried deselecting and reselecting the auto updates and background updates. That doesn't do anything.
