    I recently decided to play Skyrim for the first time but was unable to run the remastered on my current PC and they took off the ability to purchase the OG Skyrim on steam. Found it for $2.50 on the 360 at my local Gamestop and have been enjoying it since. But recently ive gotten a itch for a racing game as well. Any suggestions? (I Wont be using Xbox Live or any type of multiplayer)

    OG Xboxer here. My 7yrs son found my original system and loves the driving games on it, Forza, PGR 1-2, Ralliart Challenge 1-2, Midtown Madness 3, Driv3r, Sega GT 2002-online, Volvo Drive for life, TOCA 2-3, he especially loves Simpson's Hit and Run and got him Road Rage. Originally my idea was looking for a Xbox One for its backwards compatibility to all my old games and the ability to pick up newer open world driving games that he loves. But I'm on a budget and can't invest that kind of coin on a system yet so I focused on 360 especially the slim.

    A month ago I officially upgraded to a used 360 4gb Trinity slim that I got with a controller and power supply at Goodwill for $25. Also got several OG & 360 games with it for cheap. Got home to test it out and was disappointed because I was unaware that I needed the large internal HD to run OG games. So the hunt was on for an internal drive.

    I week later I came across another Trinity slim console with a 250gb drive for $20 and no power/controllers. Lucky it runs fine with the 1st power supply. So the hunt was on for another power supply to have 2 working system to link together and play.

    While at another thrift store I got a Corona slim with power and Kinect for $20. And as a bonus it had a 250gb HD too. Unfortunately the power supply has issues. 3 capacitors look like the blew. I plan on replacing them and hopefully that's the only issue with it. This 3rd system worked with my 1st 360 power.

    So within a month I've collected 3 working slim consoles. But only have one working power supply.

    I'm looking for some cheap deals on replacements. Considering I can get a used console with power and maybe accessories for $20-30, I'm wondering if there are cheaper places than Amazon that has new ones for $20. Or anywhere to get them used, dirt cheap free to $10 range. Anything more than $10 and I'd consider getting new supply or a used one with a console.

    Xbox 360 planned obselescene?

    I've been using my 360 daily now for a few years as a youtube/netflix machine and lately (about a Month or two ago) after a few random updates, it seems to always freeze when going into youtube or stall on the "loading" screen when trying to play a youtube video, or sometimes will say youtube is unavailable and i need to back out and go back into it... Seems really fishy, like they are making it aggravating and slow on purpose so i will upgrade. Anyone else notice this?

    A question about xbox 360 used games

    I wondered for a long time that if I buy a copy of any ubisoft game and then want to sell it, will the game be attachted to my account only so the person would be playing on my uplay account or will it be attachted to theirs?

    Today I found the original 360 Box, with inserts/manuals, ethernet cable, unopen headset (orange bag) inside along with the RCA cord I found yesterday. Would these of value/use to a 360 collector? I don't have the Xbox and Idk what to do with all this stuff. Could someone potentially use/want them?

    Hi, I just found a white Xbox 360 S in a box in the office. It has been sitting there for a long time and no one claimed it, so I decided to adopt it.

    There doesn't seem to be any signs of tampering (aka the warranty sticker seems fine). So I booted it up, reformatted the storage device to clear up the old profiles and downloaded mine. I was able to connect to Xbox Live just fine, so it doesn't seem to be banned.

    Is there anything else I should be on the lookout for?

    EDIT: Was able to connect just fine after downloading a few updates, so the update process online worked.

    Are XBLA codes region locked within one region? (Game.Co.Uk)

    Hey guys,

    I don't know much about the 360, hence why I need your quick advice:

    I live in Germany, but want to buy the XBLA codes for Banjo-Kazooie & Banjo-Tooie from Game.co.uk. I know that there's basically three regions only (PAL, NTSC and the Japanese one), but it says "For purchase and activation in the UK". This implies that I won't be able to activate & play it on a German XBOX 360 / account.

    Is this true or can I buy the code anyway? And if yes: Is there a certain method (like creating a second XBOX account) needed? I'd like to register those games to a second account if possible and link it to the same 360 (with the possibility to unlink it).

    Edit: I removed the direct link in order not come off as advertisement (if anybody thinks that in a post that questions the usability of said codes, but whatever). It's not about that certain page either, it's rather a general question on whether this is even possible to limit codes to a certain country.

    Xbox 360 Analog Stick Module Replacement/Repair Help

    Good morning, I am posting on this subreddit because I have an Xbox 360 game named Lollipop Chainsaw that I haven't been able to play since 2012. I have a current generation Xbox, but this game is not backwards compatible and can only be played on a 360 console. I want to play it bad. Does anyone know anywhere in LA where I may be able to borrow or rent an Xbox 360? I'm not looking to purchase as I just want to beat the game one last time and be done with it.
