    This is the thread where subscribers should bring their Xbox support issues. The collective experience of the Xbox community is one of the most powerful tools to help you fix any gaming issue, and we've been seeing some awesome responses. We love to see gamers helping gamers!

    There will also be Xbox support team members who will be helping moderate and provide solutions and can be recognized by their "Official Support" flair. We'll try to provide support right here in the thread but won't be able to respond to every single question.     When posting a question, please include the following information

    • For console issues - your console type (One S, S All-Digital, One X, or original) and whether or not it is on an insider OS build.

    • For headset issues - the brand and model of the headset.
    • For game issues - if the game is disc-based, digitally owned, accessed via Game Pass, or accessed via Game Share with another user.

    Apparently the way I covered the code was wrong. I'm an amateur when it comes to stuff like this. This was the first time I've ever done this and was not aware that one could simply screenshot and edit brightness and contrast to see what was underneath the highlight edit. I feel very stupid at the moment. I've been informed by multiple people that the code has been redeemed due to my idiocy. I just wanted to do something nice for a community that I've been a part of for quite some time. I apologize to all potential winners. My lesson has been learned.

    What are some good headsets that support both Bluetooth and game audio at the same time and can connect to non Bluetooth things other then Xbox’s?

    I constantly switch between my Xbox one s and my PS4 so I'm looking for a headset that lets me use my Xbox and discord at the same but that also lets me use it with my PS4 as both of my friends are solely on PS4.

    I was really interested in the official Xbox wireless headset but I just found out that they can't be used with non Bluetooth consoles such as the PS4. So what are some good headsets that can do these things but aren't too expensive?

    I just got a Series S for christmas, and i've got every game I own working besides Forza Horizon 5. Any time I try to update it to the Series S enhanced version it gives me the error code 0x8b050033. I've got enough space for the download, but for some reason it just refuses to work at all. Does anyone have a fix for this?

    Can you not play game pass games offline anymore?

    Whenever I try it just says sign in or renew the subscription but I am signed in to the account that I purchased GP with. I have it set to my home Xbox and clicked go offline. I've restarted the console twice and it still doesn't work.

    Any replacement parts for Elite series 2?

    So im on my second elite series 2 now and yep… you guessed it! The RB button requires literal blunt force for it to register. Does anyone know of any website or store (canada) that may have replacement sensors for the bumpers or a set of replacement for this damn controller? Any help appreciated

    There is an old reformatted DOS game on Game Pass this month called Full Throttle, that I think everyone should give a go.

    It's made by LucasArts in the late '90s, and it's a sort of figure it out before you move on to the next stage game, whatever those are called. It is a lot of fun!
