• Cleaned my brother's old Xbox for the first time, it's possible that he never cleaned it.. It was suprisingly easy even thought the case was a bit hard at some points :D

Xbox 360 wired controller only works in a certain position Posted: 13 Nov 2021 06:22 PM PST Hi all I am having the weirdest problem with my wired controller. Adding storage Posted: 13 Nov 2021 06:01 PM PST I'm going to experiment with some usb thumb drives tomorrow but thought I would ask here. I have read a lot of conflicting information about adding 360 storage and was hoping someone who has added storage can help me out . The drive on my console won't read disks anymore so all my media is digital and so I have no space of course. I don't have an external hard drive laying around but I do have some large usb drives. I didn't want to buy a bigger external drive than the system could use but am not against buying one to keep this old friend alive. How much space on an external drive can the 360 recognize and use ? Need help with a new 250 gb hard drive I got. Posted: 13 Nov 2021 01:42 PM PST So I recently got a new 250 gb hard drive for my 360 slim and it won't show up on storage. Doesn't even say unformated it's literally not there. I've tried replugging it in and still nothing. Does Anybody know how to fix this. Also my Xbox does turn off if I plug my hard drive in. Controller doesn't turn on Posted: 13 Nov 2021 08:45 AM PST It's a Xbox 360 controller that I use on my pc with one of those thingies that are required to connect a cableless Xbox 360 controller. A bit ago it disconnected regularly which i fixed by turning of "rumble". But now it just doesn't turn on at all. Whenever i try to turn it on, the four parts of the logo just does a quick blink. Batteries are not out and i am pretty confident the problem is with the controller itself. I don't now much about this so i didn't really check anything of the controller itself. Though i don't use it, i do have an Xbox 360 which i could test things if required. So how can i fix this controller? If it's not something i can manage what kind of place can i get it fixed in? Issues with Title Updates, can someone please help? Posted: 13 Nov 2021 06:06 AM PST I'm not expecting a solution to this and I've hit a brick wall in trying to get a solution myself so I may as well try Reddit. Essentially I'm trying to install the updates for Fifa World Cup 2014 (a game who's severs are no longer up) which I have on my Mac onto either my xbox 360 hard drive or formatted USB. I've tried to use WineBottler for usbxtaf but I have not been successful and I downloaded Velocity thinking that would be the best way but I misunderstood what the programs actual purpose was.
