Does The Series S run games at 60fps on any tv? Posted: 03 Aug 2021 02:01 PM PDT Believe it or not I've only just gotten to try 60fps for the first time this month with help from a really good LG tv and have only played 2 Xbox 360 games at 60fps Dead space and Borderlands so i am done caring about 4k anymore I'm steering to being more excited over frames. Posted: 03 Aug 2021 01:59 PM PDT So this has become an issue for me on a daily basis. I am a consistent gamer and I use my Xbox on an almost daily basis. I recently purchased the top internet speeds from AT&T because my connection always seemed to struggle with anything less than the best. I'm not hard wired for internet through my router so I realize distance can play a role. But every single time I turn on this Xbox my NAT is "moderate" and the Upnp cannot connect. I have literally had to select a new port and clear my MAC address every single time I want to fix this issue if it even does fix it. I will have an Open NAT and no issue for one night then the next day it's right back to the way it was. I checked my internet speeds and I'm running at 32ms but when I test stats on the Xbox I'm at 98ms and 3% packet loss. Can anyone explain why this is? I don't have a ton of people using my internet so why is it so slow and inconsistent? [link] [comments]
Posted: 02 Aug 2021 11:37 PM PDT I bought my first xbox finally. I was into other consoles most of my life, but I couldn't resist. I managed to get a Series S and have been playing through quite a few games off of the store and game pass. It's a pretty solid console and am enjoying quite a few xbox exclusives that were always on my radar, but I could never play. [link] [comments]

Turtle Beach Stealth 700 (gen 2) V.S Steelseries Arcts 9x Posted: 03 Aug 2021 12:01 PM PDT I am buying a new Xbox headset tomorrow and I do not know which one to buy. Fortnite, Rocket League and Call of Duty Zombies are what I play the most. Both headsets have some great reviews and some terrible reviews. Which one should I get? Thank you so much! Is there a way to transfer an account from the hard drive of a Xbox 360 to a series x or Xbox one Posted: 03 Aug 2021 02:48 AM PDT I plan on buying a series x when I can but I don't remember the login to my account(username, email, password)because it's been 10+ years since I've used it, I still have the hard drive for the 360 with the account on it, is there a way to transfer the files and account from the hard drive to a new console? How does the game pass ultimate subscription work with Xbox All Access? Posted: 03 Aug 2021 01:56 PM PDT I ordered a series with All Access, and it says that the 24 months of Game Pass Ultimate is included on the consolem I assumed that the console would just come with a code for two years of have to enter, but it doesn't look like that's the case. Can anyone who has done All Access tell me how it works? Is it just already on the console, and the first person to sign into the console gets the subscription? The reason I ask is because I already have an Xbox with game pass and everything, this console is for my girlfriend, so she can have her own console/ good acct. So when it comes, if she is the first to sign in, will the game pass ultime be applied to her Microsoft account? Thanks for any help. [link] [comments]

Xbox Series X Wifi Capabilities? Posted: 03 Aug 2021 01:17 PM PDT Hey I have a very particular situation, and haven't found much information about it online elsewhere so figured I'd ask here. TL;DR: Does the xbox series x have a more "far reaching" wifi receiver than the xbox one s, as that would greatly impact my choice of purchase. My current problem: The wifi in my house is good, but my room (which is where my xbox one s is) is a dead zone. Also, I rent, and there is no ethernet cable to my room, so that's also not really an option due to the layout. Currently I can play games at probably around 75% playability, with fairly high ping and occasional packet loss. Definitely a below optimal experience for competitive games. I know this isn't a problem with my wifi, as it works in other places in the house, as well as the fact that my pc (which is right next to my xbox) works great. I have a really powerful wifi receiver on my pc (I get signals from like 15 houses down the street.) and I don't have any problems with it. It's also worth mentioning that I have purchased and set up an outlet wifi extender to no avail. My room really hates wifi. I've tried it in multiple outlets with multiple configurations. My Question: Does the xbox series x have a more powerful wifi receiver than the xbox one s? I don't mean "Is the wifi faster?" I just mean would it be able to receive a better signal from further away. If not, does anyone know of any workarounds for this problem? I'd greatly appreciate any help. Thanks [link] [comments]
Posted: 03 Aug 2021 07:19 AM PDT I have had my Xbox one S since the release and in the past 6 ish months it's started acting up. It has overheated and turned itself off a few times (it's well ventilated and in the open) but it's only done it when I play battlefront 2. Also when I play GTA online sometimes it will take so long to enter a garage that my controller turns off, the load time is insane. And when I reach higher speeds it starts to not render anything in and starts lagging. Anyone know what this means and if there's a fix? Or is it just time for a new Xbox? [link] [comments] |
