    Hello guys,

    I recently decided to ditch my desktop and television as I live in a small studio and wanna live somewhat minimalistic. I consume media on my apple laptop and tablet. I recently picked up a controller to play games using google stadia. Great experience. Now I'm learning about xcloud and gamepass. I've noticed the iOS version just released and is not yet very consistent. I'm wondering if as a non-xbox owner I could buy the premium game pass and play on my MacBook without any issues. Anyone with experience on that?

    EE Xbox Game Pass Ultimate with free Data does not work with Game Pass

    I do not know if this has been linked here before, but I've just been burned by this and thought I would share. The deal seems amazing, but only works with xcloud which as far as I can see is now defunct and when using game pass ultimate it seems EE's own systems see it as video streaming and charges you for it. So everyone - don't waste your time.

    Game Pass games not updating (pc)

    I noticed the other day that The Grounded update hasn't come through on my game pass (pc). Then today I was trying to join some friends in Dark Alliance and whenever I try to chose an online mode it says "must have the latest title update". It would appear that my game pass games aren't getting updates and I have no idea why. I've tried resetting the games and signing in/out, restarting etc. I have no idea at this point and any wisdom/ideas are very welcome!

    Why is are my games acting a weird on my Series S?

    I stopped playing for like a 4 days and when I come back, I feel like my games are acting a bit weird. For example, when I was playing Fortnite I felt like the sensibility was a bit weird and when I tried to aim it changed the gun and building also felt a bit weird. Another example was when I was playing warzone, the game felt weird as well.

    I don't know if this is happening because I'm a bit rusty, or if its happening because there is something wrong with my Xbox.

    Overheating battery melted my controller

    So, while playing I noticed that my controller was getting increasingly hot especially the left trigger. After removing the battery cover I saw that the plastic part melted on the left side under the metal. Has anyone had this happen before? (Series S controller with IKEA 2450mAh rechargeable batteries)

    Series S worth it?

    I am being 100% transparent and am not trying to troll. Please hear me out.

    My buddy switched from Xbox to ps5 this gen. He spent $700 on a digital ps5 because he couldn't get one. I have a ps5 disc and like discs. Problem is that he wants an Xbox for battlefield cuz he has lots of friends on it; and also an Xbox for game pass games. I personally have never been a big fan of Xbox for a few reasons. HOWEVER, I totally dig what they're doing with gamepass. It's a helluva deal. This is considering my buddy and I gameshare.

    Anyways, I would get an Xbox too with him but I'm concerned about series s vs x performance. We both have a run of the mill entry level 4k tv (UHD, 60 Hz). My understanding is that series S mainly lacks on resolution, disc drive, and storage. However, performance wise it seems to handle games well and we don't have that great of 4k displays anyways. To me, that is quite the con compared to series x, but for us it might not be. However, I don't want to get the X and have him only get the S. He can only afford the S currently and would be content with it. Considering we game share, I'd use it as a strictly gamepass machine (and buy Madden with him).

    My question is this: would buying an S be a terrible deal or do you think it's not too bad. I see it only has 364 gb usable space but I would use an ext. HDD for Xbox one games (understand I'd not load in as fast). Long winded question, I know. Basically just want some thoughts on the matter of series s vs x. I know it's ultimately my decision to make just wanted to hear from the fans. Thanks!

    Battlefield 2042 edition series X?

    Been wanting to get the series X for a while now, but I'm a huge battlefield fan and I was wondering if anyone knew of a battlefield 2042 edition series X. They released a battlefield V edition Xbox that I bought and I would love a matching 2042 to go with it.

    So for the longest time I played on a non-Xbox live account on my 360 (very first account I had on it, don't remember the password to it so I can't really use live on it.) Well, I finally decided to put my second account that I normally use for my S in the 360, but, all of my 360 data is on the first account. I want to transfer my game data (via a USB stick) and load it to the new account. I have a butt ton of achievements in the old account though and I don't know if they will transfer too. So if anyone has done this, let me know if I get my achievements too because I worked hard for them lol. Or, if you have recommendations on how to do it faster and/or easier please let me know.

    Is the series x version of scarlett nexus on disc or via an update?

    I am getting my series x in a few days and wanted to know if the physical version of Scarlett nexus downloads the "series x version" off the disc, or if its the xbox one version on disc and the "series x version" installs via an upgrade/update.
