    There's no solution, but it's not just you. Reply there and hopefully someone from MS will reply soon.

    EDIT - According to u/xH0LLYW000Dx, doing a factory reset via the troubleshooting menu fixes it.

    Xbox stuck on black screen and won’t let me navigate menu, I’ve reset it multiple times holding down the power and eject buttons but nothing has worked so far. Any help would be appreciated.

    First gen 360 with original dashboard, should I update it for personal use?

    Hey all, I recently bought a 360 off of eBay because I wanted to load up all my old games. When I started it up, I realized that it was never updated and still holds the original dashboard and so I can't play many of my games because it says it needs to update the console in order to run them. It almost feels like a crime to update it so I wanted to ask other enthusiasts: is it worth it to update it just so I could play my games, or is it almost more valuable to just keep it the way it is? I'm not gonna end up selling it or anything if that's the case I just want to know how rare or hard to get the original dashboard is.

    I recently joined the Xbox forces as new member with my freshly bought Xbox Series X.

    Now, since I can remember, I always wanted to play Dino Crisis 3 from the first Xbox. If I have a CD with the game, will it work on series X? Can someone confirm?

    I have a console with 2 accounts on it A1 (primary account, and currently has live gold) and A2.

    If I add live gold to A2 and remove it from A1, will I still be able to access all the games with gold that were downloaded with A1 as the gold member?

    Hi guys, I bought an Xbox series S second hand, however going into the settings after logging in with my account it says that “this console comes with Xbox all access” does this mean that my console will stop working if the person I bought it off doesn’t pay?Does it mean that i get free game pass?

    In Croatia I bought some pringles can because they have a xbox promotion where I get a free 7 day game pass subscription and a chance to win a series X . All the can says is to go to pringles.com and I get it but all the website shows me is a image.

    My xbox won't work after I updated it

    After I updated my xbox I couldn't use it, it was just a black screen. I can stich it on and off and turn on Magnifer as well as Narrarator but other than that it's just black

    so like i recently been playing "Fortnite" on my Original Xbox one non insider account with my keyboard and mouse and recently i'v have times when my mouse just stops responding and turns red like it always does when its plug into something at the very start and it just stops responding for but the keyboard still responds. i sometimes have to unplug it and plug back in because the leds wont turn on half of it and just the laser on the bottom is on and i never thought much of it because i thought i was lagging until. i have a redragon griffin m602 if that is needed. iv fully powered it off unplugged over night and i still having this problem.
