- Trouble signing in with your 360 account? The system saying password is wrong? It’s the two factor authentication. Your password isn’t wrong. It wants a New App Password. The fix? If doing this on the 360 you need to select download new profile then use your email/the new app password to sync.

| Posted: 06 Jun 2021 12:51 PM PDT Sound crash problem Just got the new series x, upgraded from one S. the new console is plugged into an amp that goes to the tv, exactly the same as the series s was, but now intermittently the new series x has no sound what so ever. It seems to mostly initiate when using Netflix, but after it a happens you can go to the Home Screen, play a game, open whatever else, no sound from anything until the Xbox is restarted then it's good for a while again. But just minutes later the game starts freezing and i start noticing a lot of bugs. I tried with multiple games and the same thing keeps happening. Which means my xbox is the issue, so i was wondering if there's any way i could install a game (which i have a copy of) in my HDD without the use of the disc. Or is there any other solution ? None of them had a gamerscore more than 10k. Since for whatever reason my console doesn't keep notifications when people add me, I searched for them in the Find Friends bar, and immediately blocked them. Is anyone else having the same issue? Posted: 06 Jun 2021 12:41 PM PDT During a call of duty Warzone event, a game was free for a while (Call of Duty Cold War) but when that free time ran out, the game was still installed, I waited to get free again and play again, but When I tried to play, it says that the files got corrupted and to fix it I needed to uninstall and install again, but now the game has been uninstalled and I can't install due to corrupt. Posted: 06 Jun 2021 12:17 PM PDT This cost £1, and upgraded my yearly subscription, so will end in October, however im concerned this will mean i will not be able to continue my yearly plan as i can not turn the reacurring bill onto the yearly plan (£50 a year). | Posted: 06 Jun 2021 08:26 AM PDT I'm at my wits end. Almost a year of this error plaguing us 90% of the time we try to play games via the xbox app on pc. This is the error message we get: Sea of Thieves is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Store and try again. Here's the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001 Every once in a while the error message doesn't show up. But then the game could crash or we log off only to come back to it giving us the above error message. We've gone down every avenue trying to find a solution. We've gone through support and had microsoft in our computer via remote connection and they couldn't even figure it out. We've tried every troubleshoot option available. We've flat out just waited to see if an update will come out to fix whatever is wrong. Nothing. We get this error with games we've purchased, or with games we get free through gamepass. If anyone has any new revelations as to how to fix this, please let me know. It's frustrating not having access to our games for this long. And Microsoft. I've invested time and money to doing most of my gaming on your console with the series x. We got a gaming pc for my wife to be able to play some games with me through the xbox app. I've been dealing with this issue for a long time and you haven't been able to solve the problem. I'm about ready to do a complete reset on my gaming set up, sell my xbox, and game primarily on steam and ps5. I don't care how much it sets me back to do so if it means not giving you another dime of my money just to be told I can't use the product I've paid for.
