    I live in a rural area so I only have hotspot for internet. Not good enough for weekly xbox one updates. So I depend on the 360. But, I am an achievement hunter and connect to wifi just to upload my progress.

    My question is, how long do you think we will be allowed to get online with the 360? Like a server for me to update my gamerscore.

    For all of the above expect for The Walking Dead: Season 2, you need to create a new Microsoft account for the region where the free game is located to purchase it for 'free' in the region's Marketplace (i.e Ukraine, Philippines) and download it to your console, you can then migrate the new account to your actual region of residence via this link and launch the game from your main account.

    I tested all of the above games on my NTSC Xbox 360 console and all of them successfully downloaded and played for me after I migrated the accounts to my region of residence, except for Army of Two (EU) because it is region locked, but is region-free via Backwards Compatibility on Xbox One/Series X.

    Having trouble signing in with your old 360 account? Is the system saying your password is wrong? It’s because of two factor authentication. Your password isn’t wrong, it wants a New App Password. Here is how you fix it. I hope this helps people.

    Dead Rising stuck on loading screen

    So I just started playing Dead Rising and I'm having issues with the game where it gets stuck on the loading screen leaving the movie theater. I left for two hours, came back and it was still sitting there loading. I tried installing the game on the hard drive to see if that would help but still nothing. Is there anything I can do to fix this? I would hate having to move on from the game when I've only been able to get just a few Achievements out of it.

    I have two phat 360s, neither can go online. One has my account, the other doesn't. The one without account credentials fails to download an update, the one with preexisting credentials doesn't ask for an update. I have done the steps to delete updates, deleted caches, reset networking configs, swapped between spare HDDs, tried different power bricks, tried different Ethernet cables, rebooted networking hardware, connected both consoles directly to the modem, no luck. I don't have wireless dongles for them, so I have only been able to try wired connection.

    I have active Gold, One X and Series X have no issues. Status page for Xbox Live hasn't shown any issues during the week. The 360 with account credentials is one I bought brand new, so console ban shouldn't be the issue. I live alone and my account is the only account any of my consoles know. My Internet is a 4G mobile connection with Asus and Buffalo hardware.

    Error code I get is 8015190E, which appears to be excessively generic. After running the network test, it says Internet failed, yet somehow makes the claim that all Live Status' are Up.

    If someone can solve my problem, great! Otherwise my realistic hope is to just hear that I'm not the only one having this issue (searches suggest that issues like this can last for far longer. I'm not happy about that, but considering the age I'll take whatever Microsoft cares to give us. 360 is by far my favourite system, and frankly still superior to newer versions in certain ways (for e.g. not spinning the external HDD up constantly regardless of settings - that shit has kept going on for three different consoles and several different external drives). It's Saturday night, hockey day, this should be happy drunk evening but nah. Internet latency in this place has killed MMORPGs for me (occasional but random), work has been shitty for a while, neighbours balcony smoke (against the rules), and car idles like it's cold diesel locomotive. I'm starting to feel like throwing stuff through the window.

    If you read this far and have nothing else to post, share your favourite 360 game to better my day. Mine is Fallout 3, V.A.T.S. really helped me to get over controller anxiety. FlatOut: Ultimate Carnage was the first game I consciously tried to 100%. I also discovered The Guild through 360, it was before streaming was as common as it is today (I'd doubt I even had Gold then since I didn't really start subscribing before they had Mafia II for free, but who knows).

    Get me back online, please.

    So I recently got a 360 slim with 4gb internal storage which needles to say filled up really quick. I know there is an expansion slot on the side/bottom. My question is what sort of harddrive can I use? Can I just use and hardive or do I need one specifically designed for the 360.

    I can't sign in

    I've changed my password multiple times to see if that would work, it doesn't, I've entered Everything correctly, when I press the "can't access account button" it takes me to an down page Everytime, what can I do to sign in?

    It hasn't been logged Into for a while, maybe that has done something to it?

    Mod controller from wireless to wired?

    This is my 3rd xbox I am replacing, ironically not because it is broken but because the E model is just really bad and I don't like it, what xbox should I aim for getting? My new TV does not have enough hdmi slots for my 360 so I'm just going to hook it up through the vga slot so it would need to be the older ones.
