    This is the thread where subscribers should bring their Xbox support issues. The collective experience of the Xbox community is one of the most powerful tools to help you fix any gaming issue, and we've been seeing some awesome responses. We love to see gamers helping gamers!

    When posting a question, please include the following information

    I just finished Psychonauts. Fun platformer with engaging story and variety of gameplay. I would highly suggest everyone to play it as the sequel could be coming in the summer. Psychonauts is coming to Game Pass in this week. I hope they release a remastered version with 16:9 aspect ratio.

    When you go to report someone for, let's say cheating, you select Report then cheating. Then you have to decide how they were cheating using the options: Sexually inappropriate, Violent, Harassment, Spam, Violent extremist content or "Something else". So you select "something else" and MORE options: Imminent harm, Hate Speech, Fraud, Cheating (f***** finally!) Child sexual exploitation, Drugs, Profanity Self-harm/suicide, Other. All the other play did was exploit a glitch to cheat that's all, all those other options should be on the first menu under "something else"

    If somebody was cheating and making terroristic threats I wouldn't report them for cheating I'd report them for the threats.

    If I want to report someone for cheating I should only have to I select Report then cheating then submit with the option to "describe what happened"

    Edit: I was using cheating as an example guys. If you go to report all those options come up for: player name player picture voice communication, which is ok, but not for unsporting behavior, quitting early, cheating.

    Xbox One X not playing certain Blu Rays

    I've started collecting 4k Blu rays and out of the 20 I have, 2 of them give me the message of:

    ​

    Cannot play this one 0x91d70001

    ​

    I unplugged and plugged in the HDMI cord, and that didn't resolve it.

    ​

    I cleared the blu ray storage and turned off BD Live and now I get 0x91d70000

    ​

    The Xbox is connected directly to the TV. There is no capture device connected to the Xbox or TV. The other disks I've used, except for the other one work. What am I doing wrong?

    This is a 4k blu ray (forrest gump) from bestbuy.

    Something went wrong 0x800700b7

    I'm getting the following error when trying to start up a game (Outriders). I've uninstalled the game and tried resetting my Xbox, but I'm still getting the same error when trying to launch the game. My system is a Xbox One X

    Has anyone ran into this error?

    I can't seem to find it in Xbox.com/errorhelp

    i've never played legends of zelda or SOTC due to me being on xbox my whole life

    besides that i've been in the mood to play games that allow free roam and huge titan like enemies you can climb all over them. as well as rocks and stuff

    i've heard dragons dogma is good but how much can you climb on enemies? only certain ones or? seems like the closes hit

    Remote play audio fix?

    I've searched to see if there has been a fix for the remote play audio issues but havnt been able to see anything. Basically it's very scratchy and I can't hear anything, but gameplay is flawless.

    I understand that Microsoft is aware of the problem but was wondering if any update has been made. Any info is appreciated.
