    This is the thread where subscribers should bring their Xbox support issues. The collective experience of the Xbox community is one of the most powerful tools to help you fix any gaming issue, and we've been seeing some awesome responses. We love to see gamers helping gamers!

    There will also be Xbox support team members who will be helping moderate and provide solutions and can be recognized by their "Official Support" flair. We'll try to provide support right here in the thread but won't be able to respond to every single question.     When posting a question, please include the following information

    I've always loved the ambient music that plays while navigating the menu of certain consoles, and I'm honestly a little bit envious of the PS5 for continuing this trend. It'd be great to have something similar for the Xbox Dashboard, plus the ability to add custom music!

    The Xbox One, thought over by the community as the best All in One made for gamers and the casualists, is still the best. The Xbox Series X|S are also an amazing group of consoles made by the best company, Microsoft. What's Sony doing? Not releasing a slick, clean console with amazing exclusives and an amazing OS used by all fields of the industry? If that's what you thought sony wasn't doing, you'd be correct. Microsoft beats Sony at everything possible. Usability, Exclusives, and the best OS since Windows 95 (we're skipping ME because that was trash).

    Getting E100 error message

    I've gotten this old Xbox One for parts off of eBay and started fixing it as a side gig. Great news is that it seems to be working, save for it being stuck on an update. Wifi doesn't work only because I can't get to the part to setup a WiFi router.

    I have several hard drives from other Xbox One consoles, in case I need to swap out the hard drive as a way to forcefully solve this problem but would like to know if that's normally the cause of this issue.

    Tried full factory reset. No go. Still running into the same error.

    Always stuck on 53%

    Xbox series X or S

    I don't know what to get a series s or x. I want the s because it is not to expensive but the x is more powerful and has a disc drive. And I want that because when Halo 6 comes out I want to have the disc version. What do you think I should get give me your own opinion.

    Question about live and ultimate

    So I currently have the 10 dollars a month xbox live gold subscription. I just got an offer for 1 dollar a month for 3 months of ultimate. If I buy the ultimate subscription, will it still charge me the 10 dollars a month during that 3 month period?

    I somehow am able to download a game my friend that I’m game sharing with got on disc

    So my friend got Cold War for Christmas and installed it, but he has it on disc. Well now I'm currently installing Cold War and it's addons. How is this happening??
