    Just want to leave this here, in 2013 when the Xbox one was marketed as a ‘entertainment system’ rather than a gaming system it was the focus of a lot of criticism. Honestly such a flexible piece of kit and I love it!

    Donating Xbox One X to local hospital - what do I need to do

    Since I've gotten a Series X, I don't need my One X anymore. I want to donate it to a local hospital but don't know what to do to make sure my data is off of the console. Is there a factory reset or something and if there is, is that what I should do?

    Just got a new Xbox series x (package for controller seemed to be damaged) and the analog stick seems to be getting stuck in certain positions. Any advice on fixing it ?

    The battery covers for the charge system do not fit on the new Xbox Series X controllers, the two clips are spaced too far apart to fit the controller, so have some spare AA batteries handy.

    Also if any on you know any recharge stations/rechargeable batteries compatible with the Series X controllers, do let me know.

    Cyberpunk on Series X or One S

    I bought the Cyberpunk collectors edition for Xbox One (playing on a One S), and have only played about an hour so far. I've encountered a few glitches but nothing game breaking so far. Do you guys think its worth holding off playing it until my series X arrives, so I get the best experience possible? I've got a bit of a game backlog, so I've got plenty to fill my time while waiting.

    HideIt mount vibration?

    Anyone notice their wall mounted Xbox via HideIt making audible vibration noise? I have my Xbox one S set to instant one and it seems to turn on quite bit causing audible noise.

    Any suggestions to quiet it down? Mount is screwed into stud.

    I may have broken my sharing

    So, I have a tech support question

    My brother and I have an xbox in each home, and they share the Game Pass Ultimate. We both were running XBone X's before and all was OK. I got a series X, and all was OK the same. I gave him a series S, and now we are not able to play the same games at the same time when signed to our separate profiles. I made the one in his house the 'home xbox' and we can beth be signed on, but both get warning messages when we try to launch the same game. It will say you are playing this on the series S, do you want to play it here... I have seen this when I try to open the same game in the same house (I have 2 xbox's in my house), but not when we are on separate consoles, in separate homes.

    What do I need to change so this sharing can work as it did before?

    Connecting a bluetooth (MX Master 2S) with your Xbox using the unifying receiver!

    Hi everyone!

    I've decided to make this post to let everyone know that they can in fact use a bluetooth mouse with their Xbox One as long as it's through a unifying receiver.

    What you need to do to connect your MX Master 2S is:

    1. Go to a channel you want to use with the unifying receiver.
    2. Wipe that channel (hold the button until it's flashing fast.
    3. Plug the unifying receiver into a PC and open Logi Options.
    4. Go to pari through unifying receiver and pair the mouse.
    5. Take out the unifying receiver and plug in into the Xbox.

    That's it! Basically what you need to do is pair the mouse with the unifying receiver which can only be done through a computer and the Logi Options app. Now you can use your MX Master 2S with your Xbox! Hope this helps!

    p.s. In order to test it out you must be inside of a game/app that supports a mouse (eg. Fortnite or Sims) and no, Microsoft Edge does not support a mouse.

    p.p.s. I understand there might be a bluetooth mouse without a receiver, and if that's the case I'd try using a universal bluetooth adapter and pairing it with the mouse, and with a small chance as long as the link is between the mouse and the receiver itself, it might connect.
