    How do i fix this my xbox power brick is orange even if its disconnected then when it turns off i plug it back in to my xbox and it still doesnt workk!!! Does anyone know a fix?

    I've seen 3 month digital cards for Game Pass for PC, but I'd like to get an actual physical card for a gift to someone. It's not the end of the world, I can just print out the code and wrap that, but a physical card would be great to find. Went to GameStop today and only saw console cards.

    Series X slow downloads unless I reboot

    I know I'm not the first to post this but I have yet to see any confirmation of a known issue. My XS will download at like 20kbps, at best, until I reboot it. When I reboot it, I get the speeds I would expect.

    I've read other posts from people suspecting it has to do with the downloads being throttled while a game is suspended. However, if I manually close out of games, it doesn't seem to help it.

    Had no issues with my One, on same connection.

    It's really odd. Anyone else know what's going on?

    Gamepass vs Xbox Live Gold

    Hey All, new convert to team Xbox. Wondering if Xbox live gold is worth t if I am considering getting gamepass (probably the lowest Tier gamepass).

    I don't know if there are regional discrepancies but I am in Canada if that matters.

    Got the new Xbox Core Controller and cant change volume on it in settings or with adapter. Help?

    I've tried to change my game volume or my party audio via the volume setting on my controller but it is greyed out. Also my audio adapter for headset to my controller is not volume for game and chat. It will change overall volume but not one or the other. It works perfectly fine on my Xbox One controller. I know others have had this issue so does anyone have a fix?

    Texts serrated on a 43" 1080p Tv

    I replaced my 720p TV with a 1080p one, to take advantage of my new series s, the graphics are wonderful indeed, but almost all the menu and subtitle texts (specifically white) are serrated. I believe it has a resolution problem. but both the console are in the 1080p configuration. what could be happening? Reading is giving me some headaches. please help

    Steel series Xbox series x headset problem

    Hey all,

    I'm using the steel series Xbox headset with a series X, but I'm always getting these quick, random but consistent drop in connection and I'm not very far from the Xbox, like 8 feet away maybe.

    Any help would be appreciated!

    Edit: I've also made sure my firmware is up to date, and I got the latest updates from Microsoft for the series x. And even turned off WiFi on my phone in the event there was wireless interference from that.

    Question about purchased games and different XBOX LIVE accounts

    So I'm looking to upgrade to X, that leaves me with a perfectly good Xbox One, my son is 7 and lives in a different state then me (Long story short, COVID ate my job and I had to move out of Chicago to find work) and spending time with him is hard with travel and the virus. If I make him an XBL account on my One and send it to him, would he have access to all the games I've purchased or would it be like a fresh XBL account with nothing on it? Like, can I link the accounts so he can play the stuff I've already paid for? Obviously to play a MP game together I would need to purchase a copy on his account and my account but I have a couple dozen games I've purchased digitally that he might enjoy.

    Also, this isn't the right sub for this but same question just replace X and Xbox one with PS5 and PS4 if anyone might know that as well.

    Question about backwards compatibility

    Currently I subscribe to Gamepass for PC. I have a PC in the living room connected to the TV and using a wireless Xbox One controller. Without getting into a PC vs console flame war, lets just say that the current configuration is not user friendly enough for my son.

    I want to switch to an Xbox console, and backwards compatibility is a big concern because I will probably replace some of the non-gamepass games he plays with the console counterpart (primarily thinking about Rayman Origins and Portal 2).

    Is there any difference in the backwards compatible library of Series X vs the One S? If it's all the same, I would rather save money and get a One S. Series X/S exclusive games are not something I care about at all.

    Is it possible to return a digital game

    I bought watch dogs legion, digital code, from best buy.com and i called to return it (for obvious reasons) they said it was impossible to return a digital game. I figured that would be the case but i was wondering if i called microsoft or xbox i maybe could get a refund or xbox credit or something like that.
