• I transferred games from one xbox to another using an external hard drive and when the games transferred they won’t install onto the other xbox and after waiting a bit it says the installation stopped.

Tip: Series S/X controller has a quick reconnect function to your console Posted: 29 Nov 2020 12:34 AM PST Some people use remote play, and are pissed that they need to click on their console to pair controllers again. Polish Xbox Twitter account said that controller remembers your last console, you only need to click Xbox button twice fast and it will reconnect from your phone/pc/tablet to your console Hope it helps someone. The console is basically next to my router, and I have other devices using WiFi just fine (including a console on the other side of the house). Xbox Series X stuck on startup screen Posted: 29 Nov 2020 01:08 PM PST So it crashed when I was playing MHW and I hard reset with the power button. But now whenever it turns on it gets stuck on that Xbox logo on the start up screen. I'm not sure it's frozen because I can see the logo sort of shimmer every 4 or so seconds, but it just stays there forever. I cant find any guides or notices about this issue anywhere, I cant factory reset because the Xbox doesnt actually progress past the startup. Cross-Gen Compatibility - MK11 Example Posted: 29 Nov 2020 09:07 AM PST Greetings, It's my understanding that everything in the Xbox ecosystem should be able to play with each other without issue. Meaning, that multiplayer games work whether you are on Series X or Xbox One or Xbox One X. Is this not the case? Is up to Devs? MK11 seems to actually have modes locked behind console generation. Has anyone else seen anything like this in any other game? Does anyone else know of a game with modes that locked to a console generation? MK11 is the only game I have seen that is doing this. All other games work flawlessly between Xbox generations. When we create a Private custom lobby, the invite gets sent out via Xbox Live and then we receive the following error: "This game mode cannot be played cross-generation." If everyone is on Xbox One or Xbox Series X, it works just fine. If anyone is on a different platform, they get the error above. That language makes it seem like Xbox Series X and One X are NOT allowed to play with each other. I hope this can be resolved, as I can think no other game using Xbox Live with the Series X where this is the case. This error is seen between xbox players on different versions of hardware, which I would hope doesn't constitute as "cross play." OG Xbox stopped turning on this weekend Posted: 29 Nov 2020 08:48 AM PST My Xbox stopped working this weekend and has been giving me trouble the last month or so , taking about 15-30 minutes of trying to Power On or Open the Tray to play the game but now it won't respond at all , anyone know if these are repairable or what I can do to jerry rig it?
