| Posted: 04 Nov 2020 11:15 AM PST I recently bought a "manufacturer refurbished" Xbox 360 E off of ebay. Comestic condition wise, it looks pretty good/brand new. The seller said these are "warranty replacement devices directly from Microsoft". I assuming these were consoles that Microsoft would sent out in case if they could not repair a customer's console that was sent in. I assume the ones the seller is selling are probably left over consoles since the 360 has been discontinued. Anyway, I noticed that the console says "Made in Brazil" instead of made in China. The seller said these are NTSC consoles and indeed he was correct as I played a NSTC DVD movie and game and they worked fine. Brazil is a PAL country as far as I know. I know that Microsoft had 360 production in Brazil. Correct if I am wrong, but weren't those only made for Brazil to reduce the cost of the 360 in that region? Every other NSTC Xbox I found on ebay all say "Made in China". Do I have some rare model or something? [link] [comments] | ||
