    Series X in a FHD-Display

    Hello,

    a question about the resolution of the Series X, just out of interest:

    If my TV only supports FHD (1080P), the SX has to scale down its picture, right?. Can I assume that it renders in 1440P, but will have a constant 60 FPS in (NextGen) games?

    Eventually the 4K TV will surely come, but until then FHD it is.

    National UK Lockdown Effect

    Following the news the UK is to enter nationwide lockdown from Thursday for a month which includes non essential shops. I feel for all those who pre-ordered in stores i.e Game. My question is do we think this news will push the UK release date back?

    For the sake of context: In the 360 days I couldn't play dragon's age: origins, and now I have a pretty good time playing the game due to the retro feature. But unfortunately, the game has a lot of bugs in the character creation, making it barely impossible to make a good looking dwarf. I want to know if I can use an save editor to edit the characters appearance without being banned from xbox live.

    Lost access to a game I purchased.

    Earlier today I was playing A Hat in Time but when after I quit and a few hours later it said I needed to purchase the game again. How did this happen in the first place and how can I get my game back?

    Does anybody remember the guy that used to do Xbox commercials?

    I could swear there used to be a man doing Xbox commercials/PR that was a middle aged(40-50s) white guy with either super blonde or white hair. I THOUGHT that was major Nelson but after googling for half an hour...it was not major nelson but I can't find the guy I thought did the commercials. Did this person exist or is this like a mandela effect kind of thing?

    I have this problem where if i want to start up a game, doe example Rainbow six siege (on disc) it says there was a problem with the error code 0x87e50014, if someone has experienced the same or if someone knows more, please contact me... thanks.

    Local and Online multiplayer combo?

    New xbox one owner, learning what's what.

    I have 3 friends who live close and I am out of state.

    When a game says - Xbox Live Local Multiplayer (2-4) - does that mean the 3 of them can play local split screen and I can join in from online?

    Didn't want to spend the money on the game if it won't work.

    Needing some help with the warranty for my elite 2 controller please.

    I'm having some issues with Microsoft website on both PC and mobile I can't get through to do my warranty claim and no matter what I do I can't get through the Xbox customer service would really like some pointers if anyone has any so I can get my elite controller repaired. Site keeps crashing over and over.

    New Xbox app update

    Does anybody know how to change your gamer pic since the new update on the Xbox app? I knew how to do it before but now I'm clueless. Been messing with the app for about 30 minutes now lol.

    XBOX APP DOWNLOAD ERROR - 0x80073cf3

    So basically i just bought a first month for a friend of the game pass just to see if it was worth it for her. Everytime we try to download a game with "Administrator approval required for installation" the app gave us this error. Although her account is the administrator of the PC she can't download these selection of games. On the Microsoft forums it says that this error is related to a previous version of the game installed but this is not true because this is the first time we install these. Anyway we need help. The only way i found online to fix this is to format the windows, but she has a lot of important stuff in the disc so this is not an option.

    Will a USB 3.0 S3agate Hard Drove work on the Xbox 360

    So I have this Seagate Portable 1TB Slim Hard Drive that has my Fallout 3 and New vegas saves and other games on it but my Xbox one broke and I want those saves on my 360 will this work do something to the Hard Drive like delete the storage.

    PSA: Don’t camp at major retailers. (US)

    I see a lot of posts people talking about camping at the retailers for a system this year. But if you plan to, call the store first. Best Buy, Target, and I believe Walmart have all been reported as not having stock for walkins on launch day. Meaning they must be ordered online. So to save yourself from waiting for hours to be disappointed remember to call the store first.
