    This is the thread where subscribers should bring their Xbox support issues. The collective experience of the Xbox community is one of the most powerful tools to help you fix any gaming issue, and we've been seeing some awesome responses. We love to see gamers helping gamers!

    The new redesigned app is great and all but what happened to the old features? You can't check achievements, edit your profile, see posts, see clubs, etc. All this was in the old app, so why not in the new one? I hope they add these features in later.

    I posted this when the app was released in Beta on Android and got the typical "iTs a BeTa!" replies, but now the non-beta app has updated and these basic features are still not present

    It's missing several key features of the old, non beta app. These aren't just minor "I'd like to have them" features but huge things

    The Store is completely gimped with only like 3 categories, no New Releases or Upcoming Games sections, it doesn't even have a Redeem Code option. You can't even BUY games with it, no games have any price listed only the option to download it. It has zero discoverability for games, you have to search for pretty much every game by name if it's not in the one of the three categories they show

    No way to view Achievements or monthly leaderboard

    No way to view Clubs

    No way to view Activity Feed

    The Achievement, Clubs and Feed I'm not that concerned about but the Store being, essentially, useless is the real issue. No way to buy games, no discoverability and not even an option to redeem a code just makes the app completely pointless to me. I get it's a beta but why even release it in this state? It's not even a MVP (minimally viable product) since the Store is 100% useless as a store.

    I asked the same on the Gaming subreddit as I'm looking for new experiences, personally it would be The Witcher 3 and Red Dead Redemption 2. Especially RDR2, I don't think I'll ever connect with a character like I did with Arthur Morgan

    I just tried this game for about 30 mins yesterday and I couldn't believe how smooth of a game it was. It felt like one of the best SNES or Genesis games of the 90s but with little features from today. Anyone else playing this?

    How do i purchase L4D2 Cold Stream?

    How do i purchase this? I go on on microsoft.com but cant add new payment option. When i go to Xbox store on Xbox One the DLC is showing unavailable.

    Anyone else had this issue? Only happening with L4D2
