    TheHunter: Call of the Wild is a hidden gem on Game Pass, despite it’s poor reviews. Gorgeous and meditative. Granted, most will find it too slow and boring, but that is the game. As this brief clip shows, it can be super peaceful and is a pleasure just to explore.

    [Suggestion] Xbox Accessory App Deadzone

    I've had an Elite Series 2 controller for a couple of months now and I love it. Unfortunately though, both sticks have already started to drift and I have requested a repair from Microsoft. While I'm happy that they are going to fix it, I'm not too crazy about not having a controller until it's resolved.

    With that being said, I think the Xbox accessory app should let you adjust stick deadzone. A few games have this feature and it's pretty useful for fixing this issue, so I don't think it's impossible. It just seems like an easy fix for such a pesky issue.

    I know there are plenty of other issues that players are reporting with these controllers, but I've really enjoyed mine thus far aside from this problem. I am annoyed that I have to deal with such an issue based on how much I've paid for this controller but I would probably honestly just overlook it if the Xbox app had a workaround... what do y'all think?

    Did we ever find out what Xbox plans are with the year-long Xbox live subscriptions

    A few months back which feels like an internity these days we found out Xbox got rid of the year-long subscription for Xbox live. Some people speculated online play would be free, but to my knowledge Xbox said no.

    Does anyone know what's going on with that? Or does Xbox just plan on removing the cheaper year-long subscription option.

    Quality of Xbox Series X 4K Blu Rays?

    Perhaps a bizarre question, but my cabinet is a tad full. Finally reserved my Series X yesterday and the only thing I can remove would be my standalone 4K Blu Ray movie player.

    Anyone have any idea about the quality of the Series X 4K disc capabilities and how it compares to stand alone players?

    100 Local Multiplayer Games from 20 Different Genres

    There are more local multiplayer games than ever, but most are indie games overshadowed by AAA titles. I can't comment exactly on many new games the Xbox One has been getting each month, but I do know the PS4 has been getting about 60 new games a month in 2020 - 28% of which include local multiplayer - but most people only hear about a handful of them. I imagine it's pretty similar for the Xbox One. I'm going to list 5 local multiplayer games per genre. I'm setting a limit because I will just keep going for some genres if I don't. They will be in order of highest quality game to lowest quality. I had no problems finding games for each genre – almost all should have a Metacritic rating over 70%, with only a few exceptions (like Outward, but patches have improved it).

    Some games can really qualify for two genres, like Fury Unleashed, which is both a run & gun and roguelike. If this happens, I either pick the one it leans more strongly towards, or I just choose. No game will ever appear more than once on this list.
