    There's luddites, technophiles and then there's people like me, who love tech but hates letting it go unless absolutely must.

    Used my 2012 Crapbook for 7 years and my iPhone 5c for.6.5. Sure , that's above average for most people today but not even close to my top 3. On pos. 2 there's my launch- day Xbox 360 elite in black, pushing 14 years as my first console.

    I was 21 when I bought it with my first wages from my first paid job! How long have you been using your 360 as your main console ? And is 2020 the final year for Xbox live ?

    Anyway let's get to business :

    Here's my top 7 most memorable games

    7 Mass Effect 2. Loved this game so much I beat it back to back, only the second time it was my then gf now wife at the controls and me as her trusty veteran companion. I even played that role to a fault by impersonating your clichéd back from retirement soldier :D

    6 Braid : Helped me overcome nigh-suicidal depression when it came out.

    5 Minecraft : this is my third most played game ever.

    4 FIFA 2010: I won $500 at a tournament in my local casino ! Played this game so much I ended up hating football games altogether. I think I played FIFA 2009 and 2010 even more than Pro Evo 5 and 6 in the PS2 years..If you're a 30 something yo Spaniard you know that's some insane statement

    3 Metal Gear Solid : Phantom Pain. I never played GTA V on the 360 but this game is to me what that game meant to so many people. My main escape into another world for a whole year (almost) . It's up there with San Andreas and Breath of the Wild as my favourite ever adventure games . Well, Mass Effect is there too, but it plays very differently.

    2 Street Fighter 4; I used to clean my friends pockets every fortnight in our SF4 championships . Must have won neatly half of the over 100 times over 2-3 years in which it was a tradition

    1 Halo 3: The reason I bought my 360 in the first place even tho I had to wait like half year for it to come out. This is the only FPS (is metroid prime an FPS?) I can be bothered to play in a console.

    My xbox 360 fan make too much noise

    My halo reach edition xbox 360 fan make a very loud noise even in the dashboard and start overheating when i launch a game. Sombedy knows how to fix this? Thanks

    XBox 360 + Lenovo laptop + Windows 7 = workable? What do I need?

    Like the title says. I'm looking for an Xbox 360 on Ebay, and I've found some pretty cheap, but a lot of them are missing various parts. What am I going to need in order to get this situation working?

    First of all, I want a controller that plugs into the Xbox console itself, not my laptop, right?

    From what I'm reading while trying to look this up, I'm not likely to have the right cable inputs on this laptop to physically plug them together. Is there a wireless option?

    (long story short, I want to play Xbox games, and I don't want to have to get an additional screen when I have a perfectly good laptop screen. Yes I know it's a bit small.)

    Starting with XBox 360

    Hey guys, I've been playing on Playstation and PC for the most part of my life. But I always had a liking for the XBox 360 system. I grew up during the seventh generation of gaming, it's kind of my favorite generation. Because I can't get or find a new system, which model to look out for/will be the best.     Where to store game saves?

    Picked up an XBox360 a little while ago, and don't have Xbox Live to do cloud saves.

    Where do you recommend to saving game progress? Console, HD or Memory card(would have to buy one).

    A little worried about hardware failure. Memory cards seem obscenely expensive.

    XBOX S - Boots up, but no image on TV and controller won’t connect

    My Xbox 360 was working with no issues, and then I turned it off earlier in the day. When I turned it on now, the XBOX boots up but no image displays on my TV screen and my controller doesn't connect to the XBOX. What can be the issue? Thanks

    Is it possible to recover games purchased on another xbox by the same account several years ago?

    2016 I had an xbox 360, bought a bunch of games on the marketplace and eventually wiped my account and sold my xbox. Upgraded to an xbox one before selling that too.

    Got an xbox 360 and i'm trying to download some of the games I purchased before, is it possible?

    I have tried everything to fix this problem,

    the problem download m is that when sonic unleashed reaches 79% the download stops and the game is corrupted.

    Is there a way to control xbox 360 console from iOS 13 device? When I try to add console in official xbox app it says no xbox one consoles available, and I cannot add it by punching in the IP address for xbox 360.

    Console Cant Download Digital Games

    i recently tried downloading halo 3, and i left it for a few hours to download. i came back to it and it was still at 0%. i have enough free space on my hard drive. i have around 18gb free when the game is 5gb. my internet is fine and works great. if anyone can help me with solving this problem that would be great.

    Can't find Sling TV app on Xbox 360

    My wife asked me to put the Sling TV app on our bedroom TV. This TV is not a current "Smart TV", so I use my Xbox 360 to play our apps. Somehow, I can't find a "Sling" app. I also notice that my Xbox 360 dashboard looks completely different than my Xbox One dashboard. Is it possible that I need to update to a newer dashboard? Is there a reason why Sling isn't found on the Xbox 360?

    Controllers on a usb hub

    Hi guys, several years ago I bought a white 360 second hand for cheap. Turned out the front usb ports don't work, but I had wireless controllers then so it didn't matter. Fast forward to today, I can only find 1 wired controller, but I might want to play with my missus/kids. Is it possible to buy another wired controller (to keep things cheap) and plug them into a usb hub? It only has one usb port on the back.
