Posted: 23 Mar 2020 08:31 AM PDT Every time I pull a game from the shelf these days it takes hours on end to install prior to me even being able to start the game. And during the install, I have to completely stop using the console so it can dedicate as much of my wifi as possible to downloading the stupid thing, so I'm pretty much stuck watching the progress bar or just saying "Oh boy I'll be so excited when I get to play this TOMORROW!" | Game chat not working on Xbox one X Posted: 23 Mar 2020 03:18 PM PDT This is happening to multiple people on the one x, they'll jump into a party with me, we'll leave the party and go to gamechat on PUBG and they won't be able to talk or hear until they hard reset their Xbox. On Pubg we're in a party with someone on the PS4, not sure if that matters. I'm using an OG Xbox and I can hear and talk during all of this. Any suggestions/ help? [link] [comments] | ||

I will be playing a game, generally dark souls 2, or lately PSO2, and then out it down for a bit and come back and then it wint allow me to log into the game. It hasn't occured with PSO2 yet, but this week it happened with dark souls 2, halo, and call of duty, and when it happens it seems to happen to a majority of my games. But certain others always work, like fallout 76. I've checked my network I've checked everything I can think of and so far only thing that seems to solve this issue, at least for a time is a factory reset. But it's getting old, help? | Posted: 23 Mar 2020 01:15 PM PDT I need a way to contact Xbox to tell them this. I haven't been able to find a phone number. It just wants me to use it's virtual assistant. I'm in aus btw I bought a Xbox one controller for my birthday in Jan and got it delivered, it broke 1month ago and so I requested a replacement, Xbox needs me to send them the broken controller but I am not allowed to leave my house at all because I have an autoimmune and other illnesses. How do I contact Xbox to get them to put it on hold without letting my warranty expire so I can send them it in a year when I'm allowed to leave the house again? (I'm in Australia for context, and get food delivered and do not leave my house at all for anything. It was my only fully working controller my other one have stick(thing?) issues but I'm still able to sorta use the other one, sorta) Edit if you call them they say they are closed.
