    This is the thread where subscribers should bring their Xbox support issues. The collective experience of the Xbox community is one of the most powerful tools to help you fix any gaming issue, and we've been seeing some awesome responses. We love to see gamers helping gamers!

    When posting a question, please include the following information

    scared about losing saved game files

    This may seem like a obvious question but help pls. I know if I clear local saved games i will not lose my save files, they will sync from the cloud when I load the game back up. However I'm worried about games I don't currently have installed (due to needing space, I will uninstall and reinstall games when needed). If I don't currently have a game installed, when I clear saved games will I lose the cloud save I had for those games? or are all game save files from every game I've played permanently stored in the cloud even if the game isn't currently installed? Any answers are welcomed and appreciated :-)

    How to turn on background downloads on Xbox One?

    I'm trying to download a 100Gb game while the Xbox One is turned off but it didn't progress when I turned the console back on. All answers I'm seeing online about this have UIs from past updates and the settings aren't in the same place. Is this still an option currently?

    I saw this post and wanted to know if anyone actually got these working. The Surface Headphones 2 do have a 3.5MM jack to allow hook up to the controller, but it doesn't recognize a mic.

    Has anyone done this?

    Crossfire X. Why is there virtually nothing about this game coming out in two days???

    Vanguard leaves a lot to be desired and it's pretty clear BF2042 is an utter failure. I'm champing at the bit for some plain, vintage style online shooter. Everything I've seen about Crossfire X is months old on youtube. Is there a review embargo? That's always a good sign. Smh.

    I'm not expecting an earth-shattering experience. I know early impressions said the game left a lot to be desired, however if it's just some vintage MW1 MW2 action, I'd be satisfied. It appears to be coming on game pass this week but all I've found is recent youtube stuff on the story: let's be honest, I'm not that interested. I wanna know more about the multiplayer and if it'll be at least adequate enough to ditch the Call of Duty Hamster wheel, which feels like it's being more and more neglected for Warzone anyway.

    BF2042 being absolutely shredded by the developer and publisher now means there's a vacuum for some vintage style shooter action. I hope another publisher or dev can step it up and give all us fans who've felt abandoned by these modern fashionable shooters what we want.

    Ways to fix Xbox One X not giving a signal when I try to set the console to 4K?

    I recently moved my One X and when I got set the resolution of the console to 4k, I get no signal on my TV. I also the same no signal issue when I try to play HDR content. Before I moved it, I was able to have it set to 4K and use HDR with no issues. I have tried different cables, different TVs, made sure my settings are right, and reset the console and the issues still happen. I also tried my Series X on the same TVs, and with the same cords, and I didn't have an issue with it. I'm not sure what else to try. Does any one have any tips or know to to fix this?

    Problem with the series controller

    Hey guys, I have a new Xbox Series Aqua Shift controller. Now its like 3/4 months old, I was really carefull with it, never thrown it or something like this. Now, scince 2 days it has stick drift, for the right stick. Beyond that it has something weird, like everything i press, he doubbleclicks it (?) like i want to skip a video on YouTube, and it skips two.
    Does somebody of ya have that problem? ( I am sorry for my bad english )
