    When posting a question, please include the following information

    “A” button spazzing out on some menus

    On some menus before being in a game, the menu freaks out like the "A" button is being pressed rapidly. It happens in the "games & apps" page, "friends" list, "gamerscore leaderboard", and "settings" page. I tried both of my controllers, and the only thing i can get to in settings is updating the controllers

    Elite Series 2 Controller movement stick feels “crunchy”

    When you rotate the left stick it feels "crunchy". It doesn't articulate smoothly at all and I'm not sure why. Also when I go to sprint while the left stick is pushed forward it's like it doesn't want to click down to let me sprint. I have to press it down like 3 times and even then sometimes it cancels me out of the sprint. There is no debris, nothing. Anyone got a possible fix?

    Upgrade to S or X ?

    Greetings everyone ! Let me explain my situation.

    I currently own a One (the digital-only version) with an extra Hard Drive that largely fits my games. I don't play online, sports games or FPS such as CoD (but love 0451 ones, from BioShock to Deus Ex through Arkane games). My library is made of stuff such as Hitman 3 (including the previous 2), the From Software and Remedy games, the Witcher 3, the Batman Arkham, this kind of things. As a matter of fact, I am sure I will not buy much games in the future because of life and tastes. So what I am looking for is a good platform to replay my "old" games plus a few newer ones (Elden Ring, and sequels to other I loved such as Alan Wake or Senua), compatible with my hard drive (a Seagate/Xbox 1to). My screen is a Philips 50PUS7354, 4K bought last year (thank you lockdown sales) I don't intend to change anytime soon

    I own a Switch for indie games/local multiplayer games.

    Please let me know if you think I am mistaking.

    There a way to check why a gamertag hasn't been reset?

    So I know gamertags get reset now after a few years of non-use and there's been a couple mass wipes specifically, but the gamertag I want (Sullan) hasn't been in use since at latest the 360 days and it still isn't getting reset. No activity on it since that time from what I can tell. I know it's overall not a huge issue, but I'd really like that GT and if not, at least get a reason why it just stays there.

    Xbox customer support didn't help me much (it's been years since I've called to be fair, but it's too late to call anyone right now. This post was kinda made on a whim). Just wasn't sure if there was a msft/xbox employee that lurks here or what. Idk, just seems super odd to see all these resets, but this stubborn ass account (or at least just the name) doesn't get the boot lol. Like this account even still has one of the 360 avatars that you could use.

    edit- and fwiw, I would do the new gamertag discord number they got goin on, but the game I play (halo) unfortunately still shows the numbers. For whatever reason.

    I haven't used my Xbox one S in about 6 month. I turned it on for my lil bro so he can play and noticed that loading games was extremely slow. The system menu is fast but loading minecraft I timed took 5min 40 to load the game and then 4min 22 to load a world. Why is it so slow

    Is there any way to turn off OTHER PLAYERS tts from party chat? I taught my friends how to get a tts voice in party and now they're just spamming it and I'm regretting it. Someone please send help

    Yet on the PC Xbox Store they are on sale for £3...
