    I secured an Xbox series x order at Best Buy and it says it should be here this Wednesday. Is that always accurate? Should I expect it to be early or late or is it normally pretty spot on?

    Child account

    Hello.

    Trying to figure out what to do here.

    I cannot change any privacy/security settings on my account as it is a "child" account. My account was made in 2011 when I got my first 360 under my dads account, which has since been lost.

    I have been told by Microsoft support that my account would automatically upgrade to an adult under the "graduation" program when I turn 18.

    The accounts birth date is correct. However, it's been 3 years since I turned 18, and the account is STILL a child account.

    Support has been absolutely no help on this. Has anyone else had this problem?

    How well does console streaming work with Series S?

    I want to play over console streaming more often since the TV is often hogged. However the experience in my One S is unplayeable with massive frame drops and stuttering. Now im not sure whether its my routers fault or the weak system...

    I went to Gamestop on some advice from someone on hotstock

    I hate doing payments

    However its 0% over 24 months, so you pay nothing to borrow the money

    Yes you pay for the xbox game pass

    All this is true and you must get approved

    But people were saying they were getting approved and then the cart was empty

    I just went on

    Did the app

    Got approved

    Checked out

    Stupid

    Upgrade my One X to a Series S?

    I currently own a series x, but it's downstairs hooked up to my OLED. In my bedroom, I'm using an old One X with an internal SSD boot drive hooked up to a Sony 950H. I'm thinking about getting a series s to replace my one x. Is this an upgrade, side grade, or a downgrade?

    Unable to customize profile picture a second time

    I'm new to the Xbox app (PC) and to the Xbox-related world.

    I needed to upgrade my profile picture to a higher resolution version, since the one I had looks horrible on Forza 5.

    So yesterday I tried to update my profile picture with a custom temporal image and it was easy.

    Then I enhanced my picture and today y proceed to update again, but the app no longer allows me to update with a custom image, only the usual templates. I don't see any options to choose my picture anymore.

    Is this some temporal ban to avoid server saturation? How long do I have to wait to update my picture?
