Managed to Buy a Series S at MSRP. Package Went Missing in Delivery Facility. Posted: 11 Oct 2021 10:50 PM PDT Hey it's all in the title. I bought a Series S from the Microsoft store after months of trying. Tried to get the X but settled with the S. It went missing at the destination delivery facility. I've tried contacting Microsoft Store support, but they're just spinning me in circles. They used a company I've never heard of before called GLS. I also tried calling them only for no one to pick up for 2 hours. I had to hang up and go to work. MS Store support said they'll escalate it, but can't do anything else. I called again today and they said it never escalated it. GLS called me while I was unavailable and left a message telling me they lost it as soon as it came into their possession…. Right. I'm mainly just making this post for suggestions on how to handle MS support or if anyone's been in a similar situation. They're doing absolute Jack for me at the moment. Worst thing they told me is that they've gotten tons of reports of missing packages from GLS.
