- Cuphead isn't showing up in the Xbox app. I just want to download it to my PC. I've had it on my computer before as a play anywhere game. Anybody know how I can fix this, or was it taken off as a play anywhere title?

| Posted: 26 Oct 2021 12:24 PM PDT Sent my Design Labs controller, in warranty, to Microsoft for repairs because the sticks started drifting. Two months later I just got an email saying they can't repair it and they've given me store credit. I really want to get the controller back because my girlfriend helped me design it and it means a lot, but I can't figure out how to speak to an actual person. I don't want them to destroy my stuff! I sent it to be repaired, not thrown away! Does anyone have any advice? Trying to go through support just seems to get me trapped in dead end options and I can't figure out a way to just call or email someone. I'm in the UK if that helps anyone. Update: After trying many different combinations in the support screen I finally got through to a human and they are going to check with the hardware team to try and get it sent back to me. Fingers crossed they haven't thrown it away yet. Time to wait for another email... [link] [comments] | ||

It has a mediocre rep but I loved the build-your-own crew mechanic and I must have completed it over 20 times. I would always ask my dad drive me to Blockbusters to rent it when I was bored.
