    Question about two white Jasper models

    I bought two Xbox 360s at the Thrift store, both are the white model, both boot with green light, both are HDMI but one is 2010 and the other 2009. My question is I wanna restore(clean) one today for tomorrow for the kids, which one is better? I assume it the newer one but these models tend to have drawbacks (Power Supply issues etc.) so can someone just let me know their opinion on this?

    Is there any list of games that you do not need to play online to unlock 100% of its achievements? This because a lot of servers are getting shut For example Mafia 2, you can get all the achievements offline while there are others like Mortal Kombat where you need to win some fights online for one achievement.

    Disc reader problems

    Hello all, i'm looking for the xbox360 hardware experts, as I've been really, really struggling with my console's disc reader and most recently the ejector. Currently, it's a struggle to read any xbox360 game and will take hours to finally work. I have just purchased a xbox-xbox360 cross play game (NFL 2k5) and will not come close to working alike my other original xbox games. My froze constantly freezes on the original xbox logo and will not follow through any further into playing the game + i'll have to shut off the console as a whole after the long processes of turning it off and on again and failing. Yesterday, my father and I took apart the whole entire 360 and dusted everything + tried to make it as clean as possible in the disc reader, + everywhere inside. (black 250GB slim) What do you all recommend ? Did I not clean it properly to fix the reader, or should i send it in for professional help?! Thank you all

    As the title says, is there a way to use a generic USB gamepad (assuming as there's a USB port on the console), tried searching it up on Google and YouTube but all they show is how to emulate an Xbox 360 controller on PC (which is not the thing I am looking for)

    FYI, I don't have the console and I am planning to buy one and play co-op.

    I tried connecting the drive externally and transferring the files from the old hdd and then switching it but it didnt work. Will cloning the drive work?

    Xbox 360 Slim tray opening on its own

    Does anyone know how to fix a slims disc tray opening on its own? As soon as I close it it opens again.

    Edit: I fixed it, the tray closed sensor inside the drive had been dislodged

    The Xbox 360 was a big thing for me when I was in middle school, and my family got super lucky to get a Kinect with ours.

    I'm trying to find an intact version of the calibration audio, specifically after the "Madagascar"-reminiscent tones. Excuse the semi-example of what I'm looking for, but I figured I'd slap something down that gives a better idea of what I'm trying to dig up.

    YouTube is ineffective, and Google is... Google. Apparently I can't upload MP3s on mobile, or I'm not doing it right, but here's the link for it. It's 7 seconds long and 400kb.

    I'm hoping this isn't something that's gonna get swept up by mods for "being sus" with the whole link thing, but I seriously don't know what I'm doing with mobile Reddit half the time.
