    Microsoft Edge gone from Xbox?

    Read that the Chromium version of Edge was finally available, something I have been looking forward to for quite some time. The main reason being my TV/Cable company doesn't have a separate app for Xbox and their regular web version doesn't work on the old Edge.

    However, I can't find Edge at all in the store on my Xbox Series S. Neither the new version or the old one that is currently installed. Seems like Edge has been totally removed from the store. Nothing under 'updates' either.

    Optional data collection option is grayed out on Xbox, but I never turned it on

    Recently I upgraded from a Xbox One S to a OneX and when I go to settings and go in the update section, the optional data collection is checked and grayed out. It says to remove the device from Xbox insider hub or preview but I never done anything at all. Is there a way to turn it off? Help would be greatly appreciated.

    Headphones will not stop crackling and popping

    I've tried everything, I've tried wiggling it in the jack, looking it up on the internet, watching countless YouTube videos and my headphones just keep crackling and getting worse by the day. I have a Xbox series x controller, an Xbox one s, and an A10 headset. What makes me mad is this headset and controller took me a while to save up and buy, and when I did this issue immediately presented itself. Ps: also happens on my old Xbox one controller. Anyone got any fixes?

    Xbox series x target no longer listed?

    Does this mean anything? New sku with revised hardware coming? Holiday bundle coming? Searching in the target search and filtering to show out of stock items also only shows up the series s. It seems like the series x page at target and the listing have ceased to exist for now.

    I have an Xbox 1 that's five years old and am currently looking for an upgrade (series s model). Every xbox I see is all digital which i don't want because my favorite game is a disc. Does anyone know where I can get a series s model with a disc reader (preferably on amazon)?

    Unfairly charged and can’t get a refund

    I wanted to buy 100 credits on Overwatch for £4.50, but when I went to buy it, I got the "Oops! Something went wrong try again later". I never got the credits instantly either like what would have happened with a successful purchase. I tried again later and the same thing happened. I did this 5 times before I gave up. Then, after logging on a few hours later, I'd got 500 credits instead of 100. My first thought was to refund it, but my request was denied (I haven't spent any credits yet). They also don't allow customer support for refunds. I don't know what to do cus now I've been (what I feel) unfairly charged since it never told me the transaction was successful. If it did I obviously would've stopped trying. Now I'm stuck with £25 being spent instead of £5 with no chance of a refund. Any ideas?
