    Hey everyone! My name is Joe Winter and I am the developer of SONG of IRON. I just launched the game yesterday and am excited to talk a bit about it and answer any question you might have.

    If you are like me, and the thought of constantly checking your phone for alerts and trying to race hoards of people to checkout doesn't sound like a fun time. I figured I would share how I managed to relatively painlessly get an xbox series X for my girlfriend last week.

    I decided to focus on one store, the Microsoft store. Since they seem to consistently restock almost every week, and I had a bunch of Microsoft rewards points I wanted to use towards the purchase.

    So I decided to go through some of those twitter bots profiles and figure out when they do restocks, and luckily its fairly predictable. Its almost always around 6:05pm EST the main variable is which day of the week, but it's almost always Tue-Thur. So as long as you are signed in to your account, have all your details filled in and refreshing the page from 6:00-6:10PM EST on those three days. You will beat the hotstock/twitter bot crowd and are virtually guaranteed to snag a console next time they are available.

    I started last tuesday.. nothing, wednesday... nothing. Then on thursday... there they were, and by the time all the twitter bots were sending out alerts, I already had my confirmation email. Since I don't believe they did a restock yesterday, there is a high probability you can snag a Series X either today or tomorrow with this method. Although sometimes the Microsoft store does skip a week, or they could all of a sudden change their restock schedule (although I tracked pretty far back and this seems to be a consistent trend with them).

    Either way, figured I would share this information in case there are other folks out there that don't like having to be glued to their phone 24/7 but want a Series X. Hope this helps!

    Controller controls phone not Games

    Hi there I was playing fine last night with my Xbox One S connected to my phone and tonight I cannot use it. The XYAB buttons won't work and my joysticks won't either. I can navigate through my phone and use the A button to select but when I startup a game or Game Pass I cannot control the game. I played Forza Horizon 4 all night last night no issue and now only a mere handful of buttons work.

    Things I've tried Reset Network Settings on Android Turned off the Controller Reset my phone Reconnected the controller Changed the batteries

    I've a Sony Xperia 10 III running the latest Android 11 firmware. I'm out of ideas. Please help.

    The mic on my headset stopped working, so i need to get a new one. I'm asking for cheap because I don't really want to spend like $100 on a headset, but I also don't want a piece of junk that doesn't work or will stop working after a couple weeks.

    Xbox One S Controllers

    Can you still purchase the older controllers? I looked on Amazon, and it doesn't appear Microsoft sells them? I see a few on eBay, but in a world of instant everything fuck bidding and waiting.

    I am about to have a brain aneurysm I'm so fed up with dealing with Xbox controllers and USB adapters for PC or Steam Link on my TV. I've literally spent almost a thousand dollars trying to play shitty single-player games from the comfort on my Couch via Steam Link app on a new Samsung Tv I didn't particularly want, but its only brand with the app.

    I regress, I've purchased the new Microsoft USB adapter and it doesn't work with Linux OS which the Samsung TV uses. I purchased an 8Bitdo adapter and It doesn't support Bluetooth 4.0 or whatever the new misleading Xbox Series S controller use...
