    Whenever I try playing games that are on EA play I get this message. The thing is I PURCHASED the games in question two years ago, but ever since EA play merged with gamepass I can't play EA titles that are available on EA Play offline despite having purchased it.

    Howdy! So I've owned every Xbox pretty much. But last gen I got a chrome cast and realized there wasn't really a point in owning my Xbox anymore. The chrome cast was better for casting stuff from my phone and games wise I could play all the stuff on my PC anyway. So it was like PS4 (Now 5) for exclusives and then my PC for everything else.

    Is this still the case? I now have a 4K TV and this thing has some monster specs so that's one reason in itself I suppose.

    The game pass. Do all the games on there work on PC too? Like could I find a list of games and go grab it on my PC right now?

    Or are there any exclusives that will only work on the console?

    Is it just a big random list of games? It doesn't have EVERYTHING does it? Remember those Condemned games? I know you can find and play the first. But the second was amazing and an Xbox exclusive. Impossible to find anywhere now. I'd LOVE to play that.

    Same goes for the Gears of War series. Pretty sure I could play a few of them on PC and probably still split screen it. But idk about the second game. Is that even on the game pass? I think I was able to play most of them on my PC but I had to plug in a dirty old 360 that was jammed in a drawer to play the second game lol.

    So anyway those are some questions. I'm not trying to start any fights because of my general thoughts on the purpose of owning one. If I can be proven wrong that's fine and would be awesome. I'm very ignorant about this new console and want to learn. I still kind of want one just to veg on the couch although I could always just hdmi my PC to my TV and use a controller that way.

    I just want a new toy I suppose lol.

    A couple years ago my Xbox account had it's email, password, and 2 step verification changed and I called Microsoft to ask for help and I provided proof that it was my account and all they could do for me was remove credit cards attached to the account. I had not given any passwords or changed anything about the account so I believed it was hijacked. That account was mine with lots of gamerscore, games, dlc, and memories since i was little. Is there anyway i could get it back?

    An interesting "bug"

    Hello, i found something interesting recently. namely that i can play two of my games that i own physically without the disc (Forza Horizon 3 and Ghost Recon Wildlands). I have no clue why. Has anyone expierienced something similar?

    My Seagate 2TB external hard drive isn’t working on the Xbox

    I got this hard drive for Christmas this last December and had been using it pretty frequently with no issues whatsoever. Last night though, the white light wouldn't light up when the Xbox was turned on and the Xbox wasn't giving it as a storage device option. All the games that were downloaded on it are now placed in the "ready to install" area. I've gone through all the Xbox general fix tips and have tried plugging it into my laptop with no change. Anybody have any idea how to fix this? I can feel the hard drive humming if I hold it but no light comes on and it doesn't appear as an option to select.

    I was playing the Stranger Things game, and it made me feel nostalgia for a game I didn't play in like 20 years. It feels like the classic, "Zombies ate my neighbors."

    Can anybody recommend other Xbox games with a similar feel?

    Xbox elite series 2 controller wont stop disconnecting when i’m playing

    My elite series 2 controller constantly disconnects when i am playing i have already tried updating my controller. occasionally the xbox button on the controller will turn dark blue and the controller will stop working blink for a little bit and then come back. how do i fix this?

    It's fresh out of the box and will crash after downloading the entire system update and verifying it (crashes during verification). I power cycled but it did not help. Please help me

    Just snagged a xbox from the target restocks besides the obvious Halo, Gears and Forza what else can I download and amaze myself with? Really loving this console so far well worth the wait.

    Please help! I have a 4k 120hz tv but this morning when I turned it on, this is what I saw. It works fine if I lower the hz to 60, but otherwise it shows like what you see. Anyone know about this??
