    This is the thread where subscribers should bring their Xbox support issues. The collective experience of the Xbox community is one of the most powerful tools to help you fix any gaming issue, and we've been seeing some awesome responses. We love to see gamers helping gamers!

    There will also be Xbox support team members who will be helping moderate and provide solutions and can be recognized by their "Official Support" flair. We'll try to provide support right here in the thread but won't be able to respond to every single question.     When posting a question, please include the following information

    Elite Series 2 controller not updating

    I mainly use my elite series 2 controller with my PC and recently it required an update. After the update finished, the Xbox accessories app said that my controller was already up to date. However, in the main menu of the accessories app, it said that an update was still required. No matter how many times I update it, it still says update required and after the update completes, it says that my controller is up to date.

    I have tried updating it on an Xbox one console, rebooting my PC, removing and adding my controller as a device, uninstalling the Xbox accessories app, and checking for drivers outside of the device, but none of those things worked.

    Does anyone know how I can fix this?

    Anyone know a place to get Elite Series 2 bumper assembly?

    My series 2 Elite controller model 1797 recently developed the infamous bumper issue where I have to push harder in the center of my RB bumper to get it to register. I've had my controller since end of January 2020 so it's definitely out of warranty at this point. I know there's 1 on eBay but was wondering if anyone had any sources that were maybe a little cheaper or even a better quality replacement? I really like the weight and in hand feel of the elite with the minimal trigger pull for games like COD so it's hard to go back to a regular controller but also playing with it is so annoying the last few nights.     I am enjoying the hell out of Judgement

    I just beat a game off of gampass called "Yakuza : Like A Dragon". I loved it and wanted more so I googled the studio to see if Like a Dragon is getting a sequel. I ended up discovering a spin off by the same people called "Judgement". Its a Noir Detective story about an investigator trying to solve crimes by a serial killer.

    Just like 'Like a Dragon' the storyline here is phenomenal. You talk to witnesses, you investigate crimes scenes, you take pictures of cats, you talk to the person the police arrested in prison. It's a lot like LA Noire but it also has Kung Fu Combat, Side cases, stealth missions, side activities, gambling, mini games and old fully playable SEGA games.

    So I just wanted to say if you were a fan of LA Noire and want something new in the same vein, you should give this a chance. Its a lot of fun and after beating Like A Dragon, I know these guys have seriously good writing chops.
