    Well... This happened this morning while playing Black Ops. I didn't even know the slims had a red light issue.... It's been perfect for years, no previous freezes, had new thermal paste applied when I got it. Never run hot. Any ideas... I really don't want to have to buy another one....

    Is there any way that I can remove the memory card slot covers and the other faceplate stuff without breaking them? I've been thinking of giving this xbox 360 a paint job but I can't seem to find a single tutorial that shows how to take them off.

    So I recently found out that all of the movies I bought through Xbox360's TV and Movies app are available on my linked Amazon Video account and are watchable on the Prime Video app. Which is a really welcome surprise, don't get me wrong, but of course now having discovered something I wasn't expecting to have I'm immediately hoping for more: the TV series I bought in the same app don't appear to be on Amazon. Anybody know where else those wound up? Or, how these cross-licenses work at all?

    I've got so many accounts linked to so many other accounts at this point I have no idea where I'm a member or not, but I drunkenly blew a couple hundred dollars on a few entire series in the TV and Movies window and it'd be neat if I could watch them on the toilet without having to re-buy everything.

    So I recently bought a Xbox 360 elite gray model and when I first started it up it got the red ring if death! But then I moved the power cable and it works fine.

    Can this evolve into a bigger issue?

    Some times I've already done

    • Background downloads turned on (not at the moment but it didn't do much)

    • Ethernet is plugged into the console

    Factory Reset

    I bought a used Xbox 360 recently, but the dashboard takes so long to come up. Several minutes.

    Everytime a new window opens it takes a very long time.

    I figured the hard drive was cluttered so I attempted (several times) to navigate the menu to do a factory reset or clear the cache.

    But, if I manage to navigate to Storage it loads endlessly.

    Is there another way of helping with it, even just enough to wipe the hard drive?

    The CD stuck two years ago and currently I have a problem, which is the long wait for boot on or it never works and always when I start the Xbox the mark remains (as if I opened the CD) and now I have pulled the CD hard and it stayed like this, is there a solution for it?
