- My Elite Controller 2 broke and Microsoft shipped me a brand new one for free (under warranty) 10/10 support!
- Does anyone else have this problem with their controllers? Every time I take my batteries out to switch them the controller will not connect what so ever, I have to hard reset my console. Please if anyone had any solutions let me know, thank you.

- Xbox One Controller Won't Connect When Plugged into Xbox One, I have to press on the charger back to make it work, but as soon as I let go it disconnects. This is probably the third time this has happened and I would appreciate a possible fix.

I came from a One S, but the feeling I have when I play with my Series S is that it is a "little upgrade", not a completely new generation of consoles. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy everything of my Series S, everything, and I would buy it again, but I don't have the feeling of a completely new experience, I don't know if you get what I mean. If I'm not in a party chat and my headset itself is unmuted would other people in the game hear me. 2. If I'm in a party chat with friends can other people in the match hear me? 3 is there a way on Xbox to mute myself in all in game voice chats but not party chat?
