    This is the thread where subscribers should bring their Xbox support issues. The collective experience of the Xbox community is one of the most powerful tools to help you fix any gaming issue, and we've been seeing some awesome responses. We love to see gamers helping gamers!

    There will also be Xbox support team members who will be helping moderate and provide solutions and can be recognized by their "Official Support" flair. We'll try to provide support right here in the thread but won't be able to respond to every single question.     When posting a question, please include the following information

    • For console issues - your console type (One S, S All-Digital, One X, or original) and whether or not it is on an insider OS build.
    • For controller issues - whether the controller is standard first-party, Elite, Adaptive, or third-party.
    • For headset issues - the brand and model of the headset.
    • For game issues - if the game is disc-based, digitally owned, accessed via Game Pass, or accessed via Game Share with another user.

    Battlefront or Fallen Order?

    Just got back into gaming due to covid lockdowns and am keen for a Star Wars title. What's the going consensus on battlefront or Fallen order? I know its subjective but after playing GTA V then RDR2, then AC Odyssey I dont wan to be too disappointed if I choose the wrong one.

    Wow,

    I've just finished a playthrough of Titanfall 2 and this game is such an underrated gem!

    If you haven't played this already, seriously give it a try because it's the best single player FPS campaign I've ever played.

    Highly recommended!

    Cant friend xbox players on windows 10

    ive been trying to play some xbox games such as terraria with my console playing friends on pc, so i decided to try and friend them using the xbox game bar and it didn't seem to work, they can friend me but i cant friend then back i then tried the xbox app but that didnt work either, i cannot do anything in the social region of xbox and pc crossplay. am i missing something here? is it actually not crossplay?

    Xbox Light Won't Stop Blinking

    I changed my system language and restarted my xbox, but the light that says the xbox is doing an update has been blinking for around 3-4 hours now. I don't want to unplug it in fear of messing something up. Does it normally take this long to do a language change or do I have to reset my Xbox?
