About Max speed for DLC on x360

Does anyone know what is the maximum internet speed rate that can be had in a content download on the console? I have 60Mbps but it seems that although I have the ports open, the DMZ activated and only the console connected to the internet (without any other equipment) it only reaches 1Mbps or less

Cannot download digital XBLA games

I recently got an Xbox 360 Slim and wanted to purchase Fez from the marketplace, I could buy it but I was never able to download the game. I checked the internet to see if this was happening to others, and it did. Any solution?

After repeatedly turning the console on and off it came back from the dead, but a new problem has faced me, "disc unrecognizable" error code 06-2E-00, also the disc tray faces the same issue as my other xbox 360, you are required to pry it open while pressing the eject button and it requires a push to properly close, i have contacted microsoft support about this issue but i doubt anything will be solved by them, anyone got some information about this issue and some solutions?
