Contrary to what I have read on some websites, I am grateful that Microsoft give us "few known" games in games with gold, this is how I have discovered excellent games.

Controller Bumper Issues
Microsoft wasnt very consistent with their Xbox 360s. My buddy got the one on the left recently and its dated 1/14/10. Mine's 12/30/09 and a jasper, but his is a halfbred thing that seems to be half xenon/zephyr. It has zephyr components, but no hdmi among other irregularities.
Region change
Most recent acquisitions! I've been looking for Brave and Goldeneye for a very long time. So beyond ecstatic to add them to the collection!

Me an my buddy just bought xbox live gold to play some old fashioned mw2 an we can't find any lobbies in mw2 or bo1 or any of the cod games are they dead?

I've been having an issue where for some reason my hdtv settings are greyed out because i dont have an hd av cable or something like that. Are all of them supposed to be hd or did i buy one that isnt hd?

79% download issue is fixed

Hey just a heads up the 79% download issue has been resolved. Please delete any corrupted games from storage settings, power off your 360 for five minutes to ensure it's fully powered off, boot it back up, and try again.

This has worked on my jasper 360 and my 360 S

The only way this issue truly gets fixed is by Microsoft, so always make sure to contact them if you have this issue after doing basic troubleshooting.

Does anyone know if there's a way to get YouTube on the 360 to output 1080p without modding the console? or is it always locked on 720p. If so then why would Microsoft purposely have YouTubed locked at 720p.

Drive won't open (i don't think it's the belt)

My optical drive won't open, i pulled it out to clean and inspect it, when closed it closes HARD, I can't get it to drop the axle and laser assembly and eject, everything is ALL locked up. It is NOT a dirty belt, and I don't think it's a loose belt. it seems to be whatever locks the drive from opening when the tray would hit the laser assembly and spindle. What do I do? Is there a fix? do i need a new drive? That seems wasteful

So, as of like 2 years now, my Xbox 360 hasn't been able to connect to wirelessly to my Gateway Xfinity router. No matter what I do, be it: resetting the console and the router itself, I even tried port forwarding but that still hasn't worked. I honestly think my console is broken. What do y'all think?

Hi!

I'm going to give my old xbox360 to my 9/10yo cousin, but the only game i have that he can play is Minecraft. Now, i have a 2nd hand shop close to my house, so picking up old games is not a problem, but what IS that i don't really know what games i can give him which are kid friendly. If any of you have a suggestion, could i hear it?

Controller Bumper Issues

Almost all the time I've owned my 360 I've had 3 controllers and all of them at some point has had an issue of the left bumper being 'stuck' and not being able to click them unless I hit them super hard. I just got a 4th controller off of eBay so that I could play 360 games regularly, and within 10 minutes of using it it has the same issue as the others, only difference being that it still clicks. Are the 360 controllers known for this issue, and how tf do I fix this without having to spend $40 on a repair service?
