    CRSED: FOAD (formerly Cuisine Royale) is broken on Series X|S for weeks now

    Just a warning to anyone who has the new consoles, this game put out a Series X|S upgrade patch around 3 weeks ago before Christmas which drops the framerate to unplayable levels only on the new consoles. The Devs have not acknowledged the problem or a fix on any of their social media or discord, so at this point, I want to warn people of the false advertising. They have a paid battle pass and cosmetics, not to mention limited-time holiday modes, that paying players can barely utilize. As far as I know, it's only the next-gen systems. Can Microsoft do something about this?

    Around Christmas I got a new Astro A40 TR headset. It worked fine the first day I got it but a couple of days after the only way my friends could hear me is if I screamed in the mic. I returned the headset and got a new one thinking that the last one was just broken. The new one that I plugged in literally 3 minutes ago is doing the exact same thing and I don't know why.

    Looking for info regarding Killer Instinct Definitive Edition sale on the Xbox Store and how buying it would affect the version of the game I already have

    I noticed Killer Instinct: Definitive Edition is on sale right now for 10 dollars, and I'm thinking about picking it up. However, I technically already have KI installed along with the Season 2 content back from when it was part of Games With Gold years ago. So what happens if I buy the Definitive Edition here? Will it just give me all the other content I'm missing for the version of the game I already have downloaded, or will it show up as a separate game installed? I'd appreciate any help with this.

    OG Xbox One Reads 360 Discs But Not Xbox One Discs

    So my OG Xbox One will only read Xbox 360 discs. It will not read Xbox One discs. I have tried with multiple discs. Interestingly enough, it won't read DVDs, CDs, or any media. It literally will only read Xbox 360 discs.

    Do I need to replace the laser lens? I tried using a lens cleaning disc months ago and it did not work.

    I should note I was also having problems with the power supply months ago, it stopped working, so I had to buy a 3rd party power supply. With the original power supply, I could still get it to read Xbox One games. With the 3rd party power supply, I cannot get it to read any Xbox One discs.

    Rechargeable Batteries Aren’t Working

    So I bought the Xbox rechargeable battery kit and when I tried to charge the controller with the batteries the controller didn't charge. So is there a reason this is happening and is there any fixes?
