What are some of the worst 360 ports? Any notorious examples? Posted: 10 Jan 2021 06:15 PM PST For instance, I know Dark Souls 1 on 360 is gonna be a bad time once you get to Blighttown and many of the later bosses. Are there any other games that run specifically bad on 360? Like sub 25 fps and glitchy compared to other versions? [link] [comments]

My wired Xbox 360 controller suddenly died Posted: 10 Jan 2021 06:48 PM PST It was working fine a day ago but when I used it today it stopped working. The green lights on the xbox logo is also gone. I tried to do a restart on my computer but it's still not working. I've even tried on a different operating system like my Mac with the xbox 360 driver installed, but my mac is not registering either. I figured it might be a battery problem, but apparently I don't think you can change the battery for a wired controller. Are there other fixes for this? My controller is only around half a year old so it shouldn't malfunction so quickly [link] [comments]
Buying my first ever 360 consoles today, any tips? Posted: 10 Jan 2021 03:55 PM PST Got a pretty good deal on Facebook marketplace for an Xbox 360 Pro and another model (might be a Core or an Arcade model). They both run but one has some small undisclosed issues. Going to pick them up this afternoon and I intend to fully disassemble, clean and fix them however is needed. Was just wondering if there was anything I should know before diving in? [link] [comments]
Which versions have backward compatibility? Posted: 10 Jan 2021 03:20 PM PST I am looking for an Xbox 360 to play original Xbox titles on. Which versions of the console can play original Xbox games? [link] [comments]
Xbox 360 Slim - Red Dot after playing 7 hours of Spiderman 3 Posted: 10 Jan 2021 01:36 PM PST so a few months ago a friend of mine came over and played his copy of Spiderman 3 for 7 hours nonstop. And after beating the game he pressed Save and guess what? RED DOT TIME HAHA! so i panicked and left it off for a bit. Then turned it back on and... It works? but that's as far as i've got as i'm spooked i might break it even more by just using it (also the power brick's light is orange). I don't wanna buy a new one cause it will break too... So What now? TLDR: 7 hours of Spoderman broke thing but still turns on normally, spooked of using it. Looking for easy QoL improvement [link] [comments]
Madden 2013 Purchase Upgrades question Posted: 10 Jan 2021 12:17 PM PST Hey everyone. Currently in a offline career as head coach and in my 11th season at only 7,252 Legacy score. I have balance 38k credits to use to upgrade the player types for leaving for FA, gaining XP, and the other option. Whenever I try to view the upgrades available, the game freezes. Tried it with my career QB, no issues. If I copy the save and delete the original, can it fix the issue? [link] [comments]
360 Controller with a weird issue pushes everything top right. Posted: 10 Jan 2021 09:04 AM PST I have a StarWars Xbox 360 with standard C3P0 controller and a white standard controller. Both have work fine, with the standard battery and the USB connection. However, I purchased this from amazon AMAZON LINK recharging station. The Starwars controller with the new battery works fine, however, the white controller pushes to the top right immediately. I have even connected to them to my PC and they work perfectly, on USB and original batteries but the starwars controller is the only one that works properly with the regarding station batter packs. Does anyone have an idea what is going on? I google everything and don't seem to find any solution. [link] [comments]
Xbox360 S not working in horizontal position. Posted: 10 Jan 2021 07:52 AM PST I haven't switched my Xbox360 on in about 6 months, and I've kept it unplugged from bother the power and HDMI. Partly because I had an issue with my AV receiver and didn't plug it back in when I got the amp back from repair. So today I went to switch it on and download the backlog of free games I've claimed. The console powers on but doesn't show any picture and doesn't even have the green rings light up during startup. The controller doesn't seem to connect properly either as all four quadrants on the home button just keep flashing. So I unplugged it all and took it into another room and tried it on a spare TV. Just out of convenience I had it in the vertical position and everything worked fine. I even played a game for a few minutes just to make sure. So I unplugged it all again, took back and plugged it all back into my main setup, placing it back on my TV stand in the horizontal position and it doesn't do anything but show that it has power running to it, just as I described above. Is this a thing? Can the console stop operating correctly in the horizontal position? [link] [comments]
Is it possible for someone to install a game and give their files to me? Posted: 10 Jan 2021 04:02 AM PST So I have a disc that got laser burnt by prev owner and I'm wondering is it possible that if someone with that game install it on their xbox and give me the files it would work since the disc can be read [link] [comments]
Posted: 10 Jan 2021 07:17 AM PST I have a Xbox360 (latest) and us power brick. I have a fat eu to us power supply kinda thing and i used this one to play my xbox. Today I tried my phone's eu2us adapter ( I assume it overvoltaged?) and power brick started smoking smelt bad and some liquids come out inside of it. I'm playing with this faulty adapter for 2 hours and nothing happened. No overheating on powerbrick no unusual sounds etc. Is it really too risky to play with this power brick? I've read some old posts about this and they don't suggest but just wanna know if anyone using one like this power brick or know something about this to tell me it's dangers. Thanks! Last week my Fable II save soft locked. Posted: 10 Jan 2021 02:35 AM PST Today is a good day, last week my Fable II softlocked but today I have made up the progress I lost and if anything am in better shape this time round money wise. Some backstory. I had been making the occasional save backup, as fable being fable ye. But I had neglected making a backup for well over 2 weeks due to it playing smoothly. Then I played the quest Cold Farmer Confort, started out fine till I met the bandits, they spawned in waves but the ai seemed borked, certainly made the job easier as some bandits spawned but didn't move. Then the boss spawned and again wasn't moving. At this point I thought hmmm I should make a backup, tried doing it via the in-game guide file browser, realised you can only view folders with it. Thought ah well I'll just save so I can reload it if problems arise. Try to kill the boss, he's invincible... The end of the quest were you choose your option just wasn't triggering. Well I was like okay I will reload the game. I reload it and again the boss is stuck not moving, says 1 line of dialogue then nothing, I check the surrounding areas its all cut off, can't access the menu either due to being in a cutscene. Softlocked. Masses of progress lost. Lesson learnt, make regular backups. I essentially softlocked myself by saving in fear of the game breaking! [link] [comments] |
