I am trying to put in a code for 12 months of Xbox gold, and it won't let me. I think it has something to do with me still being subscribed to gamepass even though I'm not paying for it. I tried using the website, but it's total shit and I'm following their instructions, but there is no option to cancel the subscription. Only pay for it again. Can somebody please help? I tryed to refund cyberpunk yesterday and it was denied due to the fact that the game had been played. Which ok I understand.
