    Xbox Series X Stolen

    Welp, after sheer persistence and force of will, I was able to get my way through the bot shoppers and scalpers and I was able to order myself a Series X on November 25th from Walmart.

    It looked like they took more orders then they had inventory though so it was delayed for a week but still kept my hopes up. This past weekend though I was finally lucky enough and it shipped and was projected to be delivered on 12/08.

    I work from home in Philly and was waiting around all day ready to run outside and pick it up, taking no chances. Practically wore a jacket all day so I could run out of the door. I even went on the FedEx app and signed up for every notification I could and since I live in an apartment, I left a note explaining exactly where the door is and to ring the doorbell or call my number but I asked them to please not leave it at the door whatever they do.

    So Im waiting and the clock strikes 3:20pm and I get a text letting me know the package was delivered. I run outside and before the clock strikes 3:21pm, Im outside and dont see a package. I check the app again and it says it was delivered at 3:15pm. ... I know these delivery drivers are overworked, but you have a $500 package that you just left on the side walk in a city and it was of course stolen in less than 5 minutes. And all they had to do was just ring the doorbell which they didn't. I dont even know how to feel.

    Anyways, just wanted to vent here for anyone that wants to listen or commiserate. Now I need to file a police report after I get a chance to review my apartments camera footage with my landlord but I doubt that will solve anything. I called FedEx and Walmart yesterday and politely asked them for help but they seemed to both want me to take it up with the other. I will also probably have to call Walmart or Xbox up so they can brick the console. And maybe I'll have to call my credit card and insurance company too. I dont even know anymore and just am frustrated. Especially considering that even if I'm able to get a new one, stock won't be in until like January. This year has been worst one I have ever had for a multitude of reasons (and Im lucky because I know others have been through worse) but just was hoping for one positive thing this year as Im sure most of you guys out there are too. Anyways, screw all the people who steal other peoples belongings and especially around the holidays, and hopefully this doesn't happen to anybody else.

    I have a MSI optix mag241c monitor and got the series x today. If i go to my setting the xbox says that it only can go up to 60hz but my monitor it 144hz how do i put it on 120hz? Thanks.

    I purchased Rainbow Six Vegas 1 & 2 digital downloads for xbox when they were on sale, and 1 works fine but 2 can't be downloaded to the console. I checked the order and it says "Cancelled" next to 2. I didn't see a refund on my credit card so I filled out the refund request form and they declined it saying it's not eligible per their refund terms. I tried calling support and they've hung up on me mid conversation 4 times. What else can I do? They still have my money, but I don't have the game. Anyone have experience with this? Any tips on getting actual support? Do I actually need to get a chargeback from my credit card against Microsoft?

    Series X/S controller won't sync to pc

    I bought a new Xbox controller to replace my old One controller a couple weeks ago and while at first it worked flawlessly on my pc, last week I synced it to my Xbox One X, and now it can't sync to my computer at all! I even had to sync it with a usb-c cable on the One because without one it's doing the same thing as on the computer:

    1-Turn on the controller

    2-Start the syncing

    3-after around 10 seconds it vibrates and shuts down

    I checked the batteries and they're good, both the controller and my pc got the latest updates, and the cable trick doesn't work on the pc, so I don't really know what to do now...
