    For the people who are still hunting for the Series X, how are you monitoring where drops may occur and when? Over at r/PS5 there's a live discussion thread going on and it's fairly easy to see where drops are occurring so you can take your best shot. Other than routinely checking retailer sites what are you guys doing?

    Sold my OG Xbox One the other day and picked up this Xbox One X with a bunch of games and two controllers for 130 Euro. Pretty nice deal i guess since i didn’t have to add much money from the sale.

    I haven’t recently owned an Xbox. The series S is my first since the 360 - is running out of batteries really a thing you just have to put up with??

    Edit: ahhhh right, they want you to buy a rechargeable battery thing. Right. That's fucking dumb. Why would this be a thing???

    Been playing a few days, having a great time, low battery sign - ok I'll just plug it in, oh, wait - no, now I have to buy batteries! I totally forgot about that! Not since the late 90s have I run out of batteries and had to replace them lol..

    Is that the case? Like, I have to just keep batteries on hand now lol? I just plugged my (not included) USB C cable in and it works fine, but the fact that it's not going to charge my controller battery, it's not long enough, AND I have to go get more tomorrow is fucking ridiculous in 2020.

    I shouldn't be surprised, I loaded the batteries in myself, I just forgot because my controllers haven't had batteries in for about 5 years now...
