    So the situation has been that once a year we have to re-enter the password to use accounts online, but this time something's wrong. It will show us the option to type in the password, and we type it in making sure it's correct, and then we just get a blank gray bar across the screen. We have tried waiting it out to see if it was just loading, turning the console on and off, and unplugging it entirely. For one of the accounts we went through the process of changing the password, to the same result. We still have access to them offline, but we are fairly desperate at this point to fix the problem.

    Hello everyone,

    I was just wondering what type of power supply would be suitable to use with the OG Xbox Intec screen. I received one here recently at a yard sale but it did not come with any cables. I want to make sure it works but I want to make sure that I buy the right power supply so I don't do any damage to the screen or the internals. Hopefully I get a response. I'm not a bot as I have asked the same question on a few Reddits just trying to increase my chances of a reply.

    Captures not capturing whole clips

    I have my setting set to capture for 45 seconds, but lately whenever I record something it doesn't do the whole 45 seconds. Out of my last 10 clips they are only 0:12 seconds 0:11 seconds 0:26 seconds 0:28 seconds 0:10 seconds 0:43 seconds 0:44 seconds 0:45 seconds 0:03 seconds 0:12 seconds

    Does this have to do with storage space or something? I have 28.6 GB of storage left but idk if that space is shared or only for games and apps. Any helps or ideas would be very appreciated :)

    Question about resolutions for the OG Xbox

    So I just yesterday ordered a 19 inch CRTV and an og Xbox. I have some other older consoles I want to play on the TV as well. So the person I bought the Xbox from is shipping it with component cables, and not AV ones. So bc we've jumped a few game generations since the og Xbox, trying to find this sort of info has been hard.

    I'm confused... so the AV cables do not display 480p natively correct? And yes, I know there are HDMI converters, but I SPECIFICALLY want to play this on that older tv I'll be getting. Please don't recommend them to me. So back then, you needed an AV to Component converter from Microsoft to play Xbox games with component cables, correct? I'm asking bc it didn't seem the seller included the converter, so I thought that perhaps the cable might be third party.

    Do I still need AV cables and a converter? Should I order those just to be safe? This post seemed to fit within the rules. I'll probably ask the seller if the converter was included. Any help with this would be appreciated. I have about a week before it gets here, so I can order them now if need be so I'm not waiting another whole week to play, bc like I said... AV cables weren't included with the XBOX. Sorry for the long post, I'm just really confused.

    Low Frames in single player games

    I've been playing outer worlds on my Xbox s digital with 4K hooked up which is not a spectacular looking game but I shouldn't be almost like lagging in this game due to the FPS?? Is there a fix to this??

    My xbox thinks its offline, even though its connected to my wifi.

    Yesterday i was playing with my buddies, now when i got on today it said "connect to xbox live" so i went to do it and i was already connected. I went to my profile to see if anything was fishy and instead of it saying, "appearing online, or appearing offline" it just said "offline." I then clicked it and it took me to my network settings. Ive reset my console, wifi,router,signed out,tried a friends account, and pretty much everything else. but i can still use hulu, youtube. Any help please?

    Major controller issue

    I was playing a game the other day and my controller stopped working. Its like the left stick is pinned all the way left, I can't navigate menus, or anything. Its an elite controller, s I i managed to get into configuration and it just shows the joystock pinned left, no idea if its a controller issue, or an Xbox issue. Its a first gen Xbox 1, and a first gen elite controller

    Can't play games on Xbox App on PC

    I've been trying for a couple days to play Halo MCC on my PC but every time I open the app I'm signed out, and when I open Halo it asks me to sign in again and then it gives me a popup saying "We can't sync your data with the cloud right now." and then when I exit the app I'm signed out again. Is there any ideas from anyone on what to do? Also thought id mention that when I'm navigating the app as well it spams opening and closing a gray pop-up similar to the sign up one.

    battlefield 4 dlc fails to download at the same percentage everytime I try. have talked to 3 microsoft customer service and 4 EA customer service people and nobody as been able to help.

    as the title suggests, 4 of the battlefield 4 dlcs I received with the premium edition of battlefield 4 won't download on my Xbox one s. the dlc in question are Dragons Teeth, final stand, second strike and naval assault. I've tried everything the EA and Microsoft support staff suggested and nothing fixed my problem. As a last resort I was hoping someone here could help me resolve this issue or direct me to someone who can. thanks.

    So my username on Xbox is R4G3 Senpai and my username on PC is Squii Squoo. I want my username on Xbox to be R4G3 Squii Squoo, but it's too long. And I don't want to change my name on PC to R4G3 Senpai because so many people on PC know me on there as Squii Squoo. Any suggestions to solve my dilemma?

    Can you download a game on 360, then play it on One?

    For whatever reason, I can't download 360 games on my Xbox One. That is an issue, but it doesn't affect me most of the time, so I'm not here to ask for help about that.

    I wanted to get Code Veronica during the Capcom publisher sale, and that's where the problem is. I would much rather play it on One. If I bought it and downloaded it on 360, could I play it on Xbox One? I have downloaded Gold free games on 360 and played them on One, but I've never bought one in a situation like this.

    Hard drives

    I found a 4tb seagate hard drive and it has a eithernet cable in in so I plugged it into my Xbox and it doesn't work, does this mean I need usb to usb?
