    I can't seem to find brand new xbox 360 controllers anymore even on amazon or ebay in good condition and for cheap prices. Any ideas what 3rd party sellers actually make a decent controller? Thanks.

    What will happen if I move content across hard drives

    So my friend gave me his old 360 and it has a 500gb hard drive in it and I want to move all of my data from my 64gb drive to the 500 using a flashdrive.

    I have hours worth of game saves and don't want to ruin anything in the process so would it be safe to do it?

    I'm trying to fix my Xbox 360 Corona, (that you can see from the previous post) and I'm looking for a schematic or the type of resistor (needs to be identical) that is R4D3 to R4D8. Any information will be helpful. The faulty resistor is R4D8. PS. I'm new to this.

    Red Ring Advice

    I have red ringed 360 in a box in my closet. Anyone know what I can do with it? Would it be cheaper to send it in for repair or just buy a later model? I've never repaired a game console by hand before, so keep that in mind.

    Hard Drive Transfer to Different Console

    TLDR: What is the easiest way to transfer all game/DLC/save files from one console to another? Also is there any danger of getting my Xbox Live profile banned by logging into a potentially console banned system? I don't expect the new system to be console banned, but just don't want to risk getting my profile banned by logging in to it before knowing for sure.

    My original Xbox 360 (Falcon) just RRoD again, first time was in December 2010 and I had Microsoft fix it. The console originally came with a 20GB hard drive and I upgraded it to a 120GB hard drive several years ago. I still have the (one time use?) transfer disc and cable. I just bought a 250GB 360S off of Ebay and would like to transfer the entire contents of my current hard drive to the new system when it shows up (perferably without redownloading everything as some of my DLC has been delisted and even in purchase history is listed as no longer available).

    Can I just hook my 120GB hard drive up to a USB port with the transfer cable and transfer everything, then do a license transfer on the new console? I currently have an active xbox live profile, but would like to be able to play the downloaded games/DLC in the future without an Xbox live profile or internet connection. I don't have any intentions of moding the console, I just don't want it to require an internet connection to use the DLC.

    I bought a $20 RRoD fix kit and will try to repair my current console, but for now lets just assume only the 360 S is functional.

    Fifteen years ago today. I remember watching this video a lot on my father's launch model 20GB premium XBOX 360. Man I miss 2005 and the rest of the 2000's so much.
