    If my Microsoft account is deleted due to inactivity, is my Xbox account deleted too? If not, will I have to attach a new Microsoft profile to my Xbox profile?

    With the release of BattleToads and Grounded, I heard several people refer to them as "GamePass games." Implying that that, in their opinion, they were only worth playing if they were free.

    Does being on gamepass make you worry about a game's quality? Do you think that is a risk in the future? Are people wrong to think that way?

    My gold subscription was canceled

    Hi, I had an Xbox live gold subscription until agust 2021, I tried playing an online game today and its not letting me, I went to the subscription section on my Xbox and it says that I canceled the subscription on the 15th of this month??? Did Microsoft auto cancel this so i would have to pay for their sh**ty 3 month subscription? Why is this happening? Did i spend 50 dollars for nothing?

    My console won't let me add a new user.

    I have tried everything: restarted the console, factory reset, remove accounts from settings and everything else Microsoft suggested.

    I even sent it to Microsoft through the shop it was bought and did not have the console for more than a month. Even though Microsoft said they fixed it, this did NOT happen.

    I am really disappointed and dissatisfied with Microsoft and its customer support, as well as its service. I am hoping that someone will be able to help me.

    So I found a OG xbox DVD receiver and not the remote. Is it possible to connect another OG xbox DVD remote to this receiver and it will work? Or do I need to buy a whole new playback kit.

    Xbox elite series 2 left trigger zooms in and out

    I have been looking for months with no luck to see if anyone had this issue or a way to fix it so here goes. I got my controller pre ordered at launch, in April (past my 90 day warranty) the left trigger started messing up. Its not sticky or stuck, but for some reason when I hold it down ( so when im trying to scope/zoom in) the scope will sometimes continually zoom in and out and will not stay down the sights even though im 100% holding it down. im not sure what the issue is I've tried resetting everything, using custom profiles using non customs, changing the trigger %'s in the device setup menu, changing the level of the hair triggers on the back of the controller, but NOTHING works it just keeps doing it and is just becoming more and more often as I play. it happens every game now multiple times per game. Has anyone had this problem and if so any way to fix this? I really don't want to have to spend another $100 on an out of warranty replacement through Microsoft if I don't have to.

    I need help logging into my Xbox account, it started with saying the password was wrong so I changed it and it asked again and again and today when I was logging on it said the password was wrong when I knew 100% it was correct, yet it wouldn't let me, I need help I don't know what to do(I already called Xbox support)

    Is my Slim "on the way out"?

    Hi,

    I've had my Xbox 360 slim for a good number of years now and it's painfully slow to start up and launch games and it also frequently just hangs where it has clearly crashed but no error message pops up, forcing me to turn it off and on again.

    I have tried clearing the cache again and again, and also several times back to back and it never improves. It takes about a minute to connect to Xbox Live when the console first boots up and while it's a bit quicker when it isn't trying to connect I can't seem to find a way to turn off the auto connect option on startup. I forget what size the internal HDD is but it's practically full with downloaded games if that could be part of the issue?

    Any suggestions on how to make it run faster or what could be the issue?
