    PSA: to anyone getting stuck on the “remember password” screen, redownload your profile (you don’t have to delete it first). It’ll take a few minutes to load the screen shown in the pic, but it does load and you just need to be patient.

    Stuck at "want your password to be remembered" screen (profile won't sign in)

    So, I just purchased a used Xbox 360. I've had the same profile for years and last time I used it was a year ago on my Xbox One before selling it. I downloaded my profile to my recently bought Xbox 360 and it gets to the "select remember password" screen and continuously loads. Finally after 5-10 minutes it ends in an error.

    I've seen a few other posts like this in the last couple of days but have no idea if there is a fix or if this is on Microsoft's end

    Backwards comparability problems

    So my dad has an Xbox360 (current dashboard) with an official hard drive, but I still can't play original Xbox games. Do I need a different patch for each individual Xbox game? We don't have Internet, so I can't update via Xbox live. Is there a file that I can copy to a flash drive that will give me the patches for all playable games? I've seen one file, but I don't have a windows computer, only a Mac, if that matters.

    Fan doesn’t turn on on xbox 360 slim

    Hey guys, so i haven't turned on my xbox for like 3 months. Last time i used it it worked fine but now it turns on and the fan isn't running which leads to a message being displayed on my screen and forcing my xbox to turn off. I tried to blow it off with air thinking it was because of dust but i didn't help, any ideas on how to fix it ?

    Power brick is really loud help

    The power supply makes the loudest noise ever when i turn it on, it does it for a couple of minutes. I moved it out into the open, plugged it into the wall instead of an extension cable , now it's even louder. Is this normal? Pls help

    PROBLEM:My xbox360 isn't as good as it was in reading discs

    Don't get me wrong. There is life in this old dog yet. And a lot. 9 years of work and I'm just beggining to buy some good CDs and having plans for it. It has to live longer.

    The problem is, the xbox360 (arcade) I have, most of the times can't read discs when I choose it in menu, I have to turn Xbox360 Off and back On so the startup can make the console read the disc.

    Lighter games like minecraft don't have this problem, yet, sadly.

    It's the same case with every CD. First it works, then it doesn't read and I have to turn the conaole on and off so the startup can force read it.

    Any reasons for this? This problem has only occured for about 1 year in 10 years I'm having the good girl.

    New To Xbox 360, Games I should start with?

    So I recently got a Xbox 360 and it's the first time I ever use a xbox console, so I would like from suggestions you guys on games I should first get, not only xbox exclusives but also gamest that are available on multiple platforms but are best played on the 360. (Please no Strategy, RPG or rythem games) Thanks.

    Xbox 360 slim glossy black

    So I bought a 360 glossy black that when I took the internal hardrive out it didn't have any memory on the console itself. On the original versions of the 360 they had 4gb internal memory. Did they change that will later versions of the 360?

    Logging into live?

    So i'm setting up a 360 for my brother in law and nephew. So far I've had luck downloading my profile and setting up my BIL's account to a be xbox live silver (the free version) when trying to sign in now it lets us log in and is super slow on the "remember password or next" part. I close the window and open it back up and I'm no longer signed in.

    Is it just a need for patience with hold old 360 is or is the servers shutdown?

    Everytime I try to create an Xbox live account on my 360, it signs me out and asks for a password and everytime I type in my password it doesn't work. If there any way to fix this?

    Black Ops II gives error on boot on one console, but boots fine on the other

    On my old phat 360, Black Ops II won't play. It says something along the lines of 'unable to read disk, may be damaged'. However on my newer 360 S it boots without a problem.

    The phat 360 is a bit dodgy, when closing the tray it spits the tray back out again, and when reading a game it makes a strange noise. However, other games boot with no problem (4 other tested games boot fine).

    Was wondering does anyone have a solution to this problem, thanks.
